1 School Bus Routes From September 2015 Routes reviewed annually NEAR REAL ONLINE TRACKING A reassuring part of our service is the free to use NEAR REAL ONLINE TRACKING of School buses just for parents, where the location of a School bus can be viewed online during its operating hours by the parents of children using the service. REQUEST A DIFFERENT STOP We also offer School bus users the opportunity to request a different stop along an existing route provided they are safe and do not have an adverse impact on the timetable. 6 Bus fares for all routes up to the end of July 2016 FARES 2015/2016 ZONE RETURN SINGLE The Coach Service Conditions of Use 1. To book a place on any of the coach routes please complete a coach request form and return it to the Accounts Department at St. George s College. Alternatively please send a written request. 2. Places on the coaches will be issued on a first come first served basis. 3. The Accounts Department will complete the necessary booking procedure and a written reply will be sent to you. 4. Payment for the service is charged on a termly basis and a half term s notice must be given upon cancellation of the service. 5. Pupils on block release for the second half of the summer term must notify the Accounts Department by 28 February if they wish to cancel their booking. (This also applies to lunches.) 6. Please note the service cannot be used on an adhoc basis due to demand. 7. Parents should be aware that there is no supervision on the coaches. 8. As a guideline there is a minimum age of 7 on the coach service. 9. St. George s College and the coach contractor cannot be responsible for the lateness or delay of the services due to traffic or road works. 10. In the mornings, children should arrive at their stop 5 minutes prior to the timetabled arrival time. 11. If a coach arrives early at a stop, it is required to wait until the timetabled time before it continues. 12. Children should wait at timetabled stops only. 13. School buses are contracted to have seat belts. It is a condition of use of the bus that students use the seatbelt throughout the journey. Failure to adhere to this requirement will lead to withdrawal from the bus service. 14. Requests for changes to routes or timings should be put in writing to St. George s College only. These will be reviewed annually and you will be notified of any changes during the summer break. 15. In an emergency (7am-7pm weekdays), please contact St George s Weybridge STUDENT SERVICES on (01932) (ext 3777). 16. Neither the College nor the coach contractor can be held responsible for the loss of a child s property. 17. No food or drink should be consumed on the coaches or minibuses.
