1 VCU Parking and Transportation Plan UCI Road World Championships Richmond, VA September 19-27, 2015 VCU Parking Information: During the bike race all VCU parking facilities will be open to subscribers. All subscribers will park in their normal assigned location (unless contacted directly by the VCU Parking Office). During race times, it may be difficult to enter and exit parking facilities along the race route. The routes and times of the races change daily. It is imperative that subscribers plan ahead each day so that they are familiar with street closures and how they will enter and exit their parking location. 11 o During this time, the only area that will be covered by RAMSafe will be the area within these boundaries: Lombardy to Grace, to Laurel, to Broad, to Goshen to Leigh to Lombardy Some portions of MCV campus beginning at 7pm Handi-ride (2 ADA buses) Service will be provided by Parking & Transportation with the cooperation of the Office of Equity and Access Services. One bus will be stationed at each campus to handle point-to-point requests from mobility impaired faculty, staff and students. Monday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday, 8:30 a.m.-5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Noon-4:30 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. A dispatcher will also be assigned to handle calls. Suggest that callers contact and not use the 828-SAFE extension. Fleet Management 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday only Fleet Manager will communicated directly to departments offering that they bring vehicles in for servicing no later than 9/18 and that some vehicles may stay on the maintenance facility until 9/28 for pickup.
