3 Flexible Weekend Schedule Pre-module period of 2-3 weeks Individual preparation Three-day weekend module Intensive face-to-face session with instructor and peers during Post-module period of 2-3 weeks Written exam The Aalto EMBA Program starts in April 2016 and can be completed in months. The program has a modular structure and follows a six-week learning cycle. Modules are typically run once a month with in-class sessions on Friday from to and on Saturday and Sunday from 8.30 to at the Ritz-Carlton Millenia. Modules are interactive and utilize a variety of learning methods such as case work and group assignments. Each module contains a pre-assignment and a take-home or in-class exam. Poland: Strategies for Nearshoring This basket builds on Poland s vast experience in the development of nearshoring locations and will be of benefit for any executive striving to improve their skills in multi-location project management. Taiwan: Business Management and IT This basket focuses on topics related to IT and its supporting industries, and ways to successfully manage technology-related challenges. Singapore: Leadership for Business Transformation This basket focuses on topics that will help leaders manage uncertainty an chaos while transforming their businesses to achieve superior results. Iran: Family Business and Entrepreneurship This basket provides insights into entrepreneurship and family business; the country s rich history with these topics serves as an additional factor contributing to the learning experience.
