1 Mobile Bottle Collectors Club February 11, 2014 Dear Fellow Bottle Enthusiast, The Mobile Bottle Collectors Club will present their 41st Annual Antique Bottles & Collectibles Show & Sale on Saturday, April 5, 2014 from 9 am to 3 pm at the Daphne Civic Center, 2603 U.S. Highway 98 in Daphne, Alabama. We have just over 100 sales tables available. Enclosed is the contract for tables for the show. Please fill out all the information requested on the sales table application form and send it, and your check for the table(s), to: Rod Vining, Old Pascagoula Rd, Grand Bay, AL Please mail in your contract and payment as soon as possible. The amount of tables available grow shorter the closer we get to the show date. The Fairfield Inn is offering a special rate for our show attendees. Look for their information enclosed with the show materials. The Fairfield Inn requests reservations to be made by March 17th, but if you would like to get the rate after that, call them and ask. They may oblige your request. The doors will open Friday, April 4, 2014 at 3 pm for the dealer setup. We may have the hall ready before then, but to be fair to all involved, we will adhere to the 3 pm door opening. Keep in mind we allow the general public in at this time also, so be ready to sell as soon as you can. We will have coffee available on Friday and coffee and donuts on Saturday morning at 7 am. 5 Mobile Bottle Collectors Club Show & Sale Show Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the Daphne Civic Center Located at the SW corner of Whispering Pines Road and U.S. Hwy. 98, Daphne, Alabama Tables are 2 1/2 X 8 ft. and rent for $40.00 each for the first table and $35.00 each for additional tables. Bottles, small antiques, and table top collectibles may be sold. Reproduction and damaged items must be individually marked as such, with all damage and repairs clearly noted on item.
