1 LICENSING ACT 2003 New and variation premises licence applications currently open to representation as at The table below shows all the applications received by the Licensing Authority, currently being processed, for new premises licences and variations of existing licences. For variation applications, only being varied are shown. Interested parties (such as residents living in the vicinity of the premises) and responsible authorities (such as the police) can object to these applications. The detail shown in the following table is limited to the opening hours applied for and the. The hours for each licensable activity will be equal to or shorter than the opening hours. The full applications can be inspected at The Civic Centre 44 York St, Twickenham TW1 3BZ Ground Floor reception during office hours, Monday to Friday to To make representations (s) against any of the applications, parties should to or write to the Head of Consumer Protection, 2 nd Floor, Civic centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ by the last date for representations as specified on the notice. Representations must be relevant to at least one of the four licensing objectives which are:- 1) Prevention of crime and disorder 2) Public safety 3) Prevention of public nuisance 4) Protection of children from harm Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant & any interested parties and responsible authorities, and may be published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings and available on the Council s website and in libraries in the borough. Licensable activities applied for are represented by the key below:- A-Plays, B-Films, C-Indoor sporting events, D-Boxing or wrestling entertainment, E-Live music, F-Recorded music, G-Performance of dance, H-Anything of a similar description to that falling within (E), (F) or (G) I-Provision of facilities for making music J- Provision of facilities for dancing K-Provision of facilities for entertainment of a similar description to that falling within (I) or (J) L-Late night refreshment M- Supply of alcohol N-Adult Entertainment or Services, activities, other entertainment that may give rise to concern in respect of children
