1 LICENSING ACT 2003 New and variation premises licence applications currently open to representation as at The table below shows all the applications received by the Licensing Authority, currently being processed, for new premises licences and variations of existing licences. For variation applications, only being varied are shown. Interested parties (such as residents living in the vicinity of the premises) and responsible authorities (such as the police) can object to these applications. The detail shown in the following table is limited to the opening hours applied for and the. The hours for each licensable activity will be equal to or shorter than the opening hours.
