Prepared recommendations to the Administrator of the agency regarding personnel and budgets. Oversaw the distribution of funds to veterans. Directed and managed all legislative staff in the committee. Wrote bills that were passed into laws including The Philippines National Police Reform and Reorganization Act of 1988 and the Armed Forces of the Philippines Modernization Act.
