9 Organisations considered beneficial to UAS Regulation (1) European Commission to validate and publish the rules coordinating European efforts linking the commercial market and rulemaking activities EASA to prepare rules for terrain used for ground movements, take-off and landing to certify UAS above 150 kg to closely cooperate with EUROCONTROL supporting EC to closely cooperate with national safety authorities and civil and military authorities to provide for regulation

12 SESARJU Organisations considered beneficial to UAS Regulation (4) to prepare R&D programme to provide technical support EUROCONTROL to prepare the rules in following areas: ATM, ANS, CNS, AIS, Meteo to harmonise with ICAO, EASA, NATO and FAA to coordinate with Member States to play a major role achieving a harmonised process of civl and military integration of UAS due its organisation to support a common and coordinated rulemaking process and safety assessment

13 Organisations considered beneficial to UAS Regulation (5) EUROCONTROL to support the EU in developing operational and technical regulations for UAS participation in European airspace to cover for a civil-military harmonised approach for the European Safety of Air Navigation to prepare Specifications for the use of Military UAS to advocate the military position National CAAs to coordinate with supranational organisations a common harmonised approach for the safe integration of UAS ICAO To be considered and referenced where appropriate JARUS To be involved for a harmonised European wide approach for small RPAs
