1 Installing Adobe Creative Cloud at home on a PC Part I Place your order 4. Click on Adobe Creative Cloud from the page that appears. 1. Log on to the myship portal at 2. Click on the Employee menu, and then choose Tools. 5. Review the product information and click on Add to Cart. 3. Under the Employee Software Downloads section, click on the link to Purchase Adobe Creative Cloud for home use.

2 6. Click on the Check Out button. 8. Enter your billing information, ensuring that your name, address, and phone number match the information on file with the credit card you plan to use for payment. Click on Bill to this Address when complete. 7. Read the work at home (WAH) agreement, and click on I Accept to continue.

3 9. Make sure your order information is correct, and choose your preferred billing method. Enter your PayPal or credit card information as requested, and click on the Next button when complete. 11. Your receipt will contain information on redeeming your order, as well as the redemption code that you ll need to install Adobe Creative Cloud. It is recommended that you print this page for your records, in case you need to return later to re-install or renew the software. 10. On the Confirmation page, review your order, and click on Proceed With Order to place your order. 12. Write down or copy/paste the redemption code that appears in red. Click on the Redeem Now! button to continue to Adobe s web site.

4 Part II Redeem your Creative Cloud purchase from Adobe 3. You may receive a screen asking you to read and accept Adobe s Terms of Use. Review this information, and click on Accept to continue. 1. From the Redeem a redemption code page, you ll be asked to enter an Adobe ID. If you have created an Adobe ID and password on Adobe s web site before, you can enter that information (and skip to Step 3). Otherwise, click on Create an Adobe ID. 2. Enter the requested information, and click on the Create. 4. Under the Tell us about your academic status section, type Shippensburg University in the School Information box and click on Search. Select Shippensburg Univ of Penn from the list.

5 5. Choose I am a teacher, faculty, or staff and enter/verify your personal information. Please use address in the School field. Click on Continue when complete. 7. Read the membership agreement. If you would like your Adobe software to automatically renew, click on the Accept Terms & Conditions button. Otherwise, click on Remind me later to continue. 6. Enter the redemption code that you received after placing your order in Part I. Click on the Activate Membership button. 8. Click on the Get Started button to begin the process of downloading/installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

6 Part III Download & Install Adobe Creative Cloud applications 3. If prompted to run the program, click on Yes. 4. The Adobe Creative Cloud installer will download and run. 1. At the Thank You screen, click on the Get started button. 5. When completed, the Creative Cloud application will ask for your Adobe ID and password that you created earlier. Enter this information, and click on Sign In. 2. Click on the Download button to begin downloading the Creative Cloud desktop application. If prompted to Open or Save the file, click on Open or double-click the file downloaded to open it.

7 6. Review the Adobe Software User Agreement and click on Accept to continue. 7. To add Creative Cloud applications to your computer, click on the Apps button at the top of the window.

8 8. Browse through the list of available applications, and click on the Install button beside each application you wish to add to your PC. It is recommended that you only add the applications you plan to use, as this will require less time and disk space. If you forget to install a particular application, you can return to the Creative Cloud installer later. 9. When a program is finished installing, it will be listed as Up to date in the Creative Cloud window. You can now begin installing other applications if you like. 10. To begin using applications that you have installed, double-click on their icon on the desktop, or locate them in the Start Menu. Need Help?
