10 2015 UTP Scoring & Mapping Overview No templates or spreadsheets! Must use DCIS and SharePoint site only. Projects will be mapped Emphasis placed on location information in order to collect accurate data for scoring GIS coordinators Statewide Planning Map Desktop Projects will be scored Will not give all projects in 24-month letting schedule automatic Tier 1 Projects will continue to be organized by District 10

11 2014 UTP Ranking System TxDOT to develop criteria to rank the priority of projects. Projects are scored based on need, funding availability and project readiness. Projects are now ranked as Tier 1, 2 or 3.
