3 Opening of initial registration link on Implenia homepage Supplier s field of activity As the first step, choose the tab Supplier on the Implenia Portal and click on: Becoming a supplier / Registration (and then on Registration) If you already are a Supplier and dispose of an account for your company, then click on Login / Login for existing suppliers Go to page 6 for the next steps. 4 Entering of company details and contact partner Supplier s field of activity When the Registration form opens up, please enter carefully on the form: Your company details (including D-U-N-S no.) and details of a competent contact partner within your company with address for future electronic communications with Implenia. You also have the option of assigning yourself to one or more product categories consisting of BKP no./npk no. or type of service (drop-down data trees) according to your specific line of business. 3 Please indicate your agreement with the Implenia Data Protection declaration ( and submit the registration. 3 Implenia Schweiz AG Supplier Registration Michael Berger Page 4

5 Checking by Implenia Purchasing Department Field of activity of Implenia Purchasing Department The Implenia Purchasing Department then checks the data sent to ensure that they are correct. Following approval, 3 automated s are sent to the supplier's contact partner with: A) the computer-generated user name and access link for setting up the personal permanent user profile B) the temporary initial password C) an invitation to complete the questionnaire for the self-declaration Implenia Schweiz AG Supplier Registration Michael Berger Page 5

6 Receipt of st and nd for login purposes Aufgabenbereich des Lieferanten Once your details have been checked and approved you will receive: the first with a computergenerated user name and the link for accessing the personal, permanent user profile in the Supplier Management system. 7 Setting up your own user profile and password Aufgabenbereich des Lieferanten Please complete the following steps to set up your future user account: Click on the URL in the first received and enter the computer-generated user name and the temporary password given in the second 3 Then please establish your own individual user name and personal password After this your Supplier Management user account is activated 3 Implenia Schweiz AG Supplier Registration Michael Berger Page 7

8 Redirection to activated user account Aufgabenbereich des Lieferanten Following successful activation of your user account, you will be redirected to the Supplier Management homepage Here you will have the following options: Editing of qualifications Uploading of certificates and attachments Editing of company and contact data Your user will find the permanent link to this Supplier Management homepage on the Implenia homepage under the index tab: Login Login for existing suppliers Implenia Schweiz AG Supplier Registration Michael Berger Page 8

9 First action: Completion of self-declaration (third ) Aufgabenbereich des Lieferanten After you have successfully logged in to your user account you should first complete and return the self-declaration sent automatically Buy clicking on the link Supplier selfdeclaration in the menu under Qualifications (NEW) The questionnaire will then open in the browser window. It can be completed by selecting and entering the answers and then returned directly Alternatively you can select the link in the third received and answer the questionnaire directly (this is how you will be informed of new Implenia qualification requests in future). 10 Second action: Uploading of requested certificates Aufgabenbereich des Lieferanten After you have successfully logged in to your user account and completed the selfdeclaration, your second action should be to upload the certificates requested by Implenia (if available) By clicking on Certificates in the menu All the relevant certificates will then be listed and you can upload these via Action Upload e.g. for Equal Representation Committee or SUVA certificate Please enter a validity date for your certificates, as Implenia will take these dates into account.
