2 FLIGHT SCHEDULE Tentative dates for Hajj flights for the year 2013G / 1434H are as follows: PHASE-I PRE HAJJ FLIGHTS ( PAK - KSA ) First Flight 08 Sep 2013 Last Flight 09 Oct 2013 PHASE-II POST HAJJ FLIGHTS ( KSA - PAK ) First flight 19 Oct 2013 Last Flight 18 Nov 2013 Final schedule shall be announced in a later stage.

3 ADVANCE HAJJ SEATS BOOKING PLAN Shaheen Air International offers Advance Hajj Seat Booking Plan for the year 2013G/ 1434H. It shall be governed under following terms and conditions: ADVANCE BOOKING PROCEDURE - Shaheen Air International shall start taking booking of Hajj seats w.e.f. May 02, Agent will be required to deposit advance amount of PKR 25, (Twenty Five Thousand Only) per adult/ child passenger. This amount would be non-refundable in any case whatsoever. - At the time of submission of the pay-order, agent will be required to identify the preferred flight on the following sectors: KHI-JED-KHI LHE-JED-LHE ISB-JED-ISB PEW-JED-PEW - Agent will be advised about the status of the requested flight (i.e. seats availability). If seats are available on the requested flight, same will be booked then and there. If seats are not available on the requested flight(s), alternate options will be given to the agent. - Upon confirmation of seats, a Computer Generated Receipt will be issued to the agent containing details of flight(s) as well as the booked seats. - Payment shall only be received through pay order (in favor of Shaheen Air International). - Any payment received in respect of Hajj booking under ADVANCE BOOKING PROCEDURE shall be non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable. - Flight duration of flight times shown in the ticket/ schedule or elsewhere are not guaranteed and is subject to change. - Flight date(s) may change by 01 day as they are subject to approval of the concerned authorities however, in the event of date change, fares quotes (at the time of booking) shall not be changed. - For all advance bookings made on and before July 26, 2013, agents must clear all dues latest by August 01, Moreover, no partial payment shall be accepted at the time of clearance of dues i.e. if full payment of all the reserved seats is not secured by August 01, 2013, all the seats shall be treated as cancelled and the advance payment shall be forfeited. No compensation will be payable in such a case. - For all advance bookings made on and after July 27, 2013, agents must clear all dues within 05 working days failing to which, all the seats shall be treated as cancelled and the advance payment shall be forfeited. No compensation will be payable in such a case. - Final Schedule shall be intimated atleast 08 days prior to the commencement of the first Hajj flight.

4 OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All tickets would be non-commissionable, non-refundable and non-transferable. - No discount shall be applicable for Child Passenger. - Approximately 90% discount (of the basic fare) shall be applicable on Infant Passenger. - Port of embarkation on pre hajj flights and port of disembarkation on post hajj flights would be same. - All hajj tickets offered by Shaheen Air International will for a long duration package i.e. 40 days. - Baggage allowance for passenger on Hajj Visa shall be as follows: SECTOR PAK-KSA KSA-PAK BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE 20 kg 30 kg + 01 bottle (10 liter Aab-e-Zamzam) - Excess Baggage Rates shall be announced at a later stage. - Ticket shall be issued only after receiving complete payment against the booked seats. - Any payment received in respect of Hajj ticket shall be non-refundable but, exemption may be granted for refund in following cases: Death of the Passenger / Mehram (after submission/ verification of documents) Refund would be possible after submission and verification of all relevant documents. Only total fare of the unutilized sector would be refunded. Refund claims will be accepted at SAI Offices from November 25, 2013 till December 28, Only nominee (as mentioned in Hajj Application Form-2013G (1434H)) shall be entitled for the refund. For refund, nominee of the passenger would be required to submit the claim through its HGO. Shaheen Air International will issue a cheque in favor of the nominee within 15 days from the days of approval of the case. Shaheen Air International reserves the right to dishonor any refund request without giving any reason.
