7 Automated Reporting Your unit will receive the following reports after college registration closes on March 3, These reports are designed to make the college run efficiently and accurately. Examples of each report are included at the end of this document. To receive reports please make sure you have registered on with your correct address. Merit Badge Applications Print all the MB apps and sign your name on the Unit Leader line. Signing the app means that you agree the scout is ready to take the class and has completed all prerequisites. On the Bus ride check with the scout and circle any prerequisite that was not completed. Explain to the scout that he is to hand over his MB app to his instructor and leave it there. Explain to the scout that he must not lose the application form. No credit for MB without a completed form! Instructors will sign the MB App form and return it to the registration desk after class. You will pick up all MB apps from the registration desk at the end of the day. My Schedule Report Print all the pages Cut out each Scout's individual report Hand out the schedules to the scouts on the bus trip Explain to the Scouts that the My Schedule report will tell them which class, building and room to go to and when to be there Explain that you do not have backup copies so do not lose the schedule Bus Schedule Report Print all pages This report is designed to provide a roster of scouts who should be traveling together to MB College Unit Schedule Report Print only your unit's page Use this page to keep track of your scouts during the day Suggest that you note any schedule changes on this form for later reference.
