Priorities: 1.Raising awareness about the importance of entrepreneurial learning for overall socio-economic development of the country, 2.Improving entrepreneurial learning in formal education settings, 3.Improving entrepreneurial learning in non-formal education system, 4.Monitoring the implementation and evaluation of entrepreneurial learning Priority areas for vocational education development(north of Montenegro) A: Strengthening of institutional and legal framework; B: Strengthening of social partnership; C: Decentralization; D: Linking vocational education and labor market; E: Availability of training; F: Quality of vocational education G: Teachers and school management; H: Financing vocational education; I: Regional and international cooperation. This is the basis for the further development of career counseling in primary schools.
