1 TEL:(+47) NORWAY AERONAUTICAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT PO BOX 150 NO-2061 GARDERMOEN AIP AIRAC SUP 26/15 EFF 10 DEC 2015 Publication date: 24 NOV ENEV NYE OG REVIDERTE INSTRUMENT- INNFLYGINGSPROSEDYRER FOR HARSTAD/NARVIK LUFTHAVN, EVENES Kansellerer AIP SUP 22/15 En ny type satelittbasert innflygingsprosedyre vil være tilgjengelig ved Harstad/Narvik Lufthavn, Evenes Det kreves spesiell godkjenning fra Luftfartstilsynet for å kunne bruke denne prosedyren Required Navigation Performance - Authorization Required ( AR) AR-prosedyren som er publisert for Harstad/ Narvik Lufthavn, Evenes er basert på designkriteriene i ICAO DOC 9905 Vertikalkomponenten i prosedyren kommer fra flyets barometriske system og er beskyttet av prosedyrens Vertical Error Budget (VEB) Radius til fix (RF)-funksjonalitet er nødvendig for å kunne benytte den vedlagte AR-prosedyren Operatører som ønsker å benytte ARprosedyren må være sertifisert av Luftfartstilsynet EASA har i tillegg publisert Airworthiness Approval and Operational Criteria for AR operations (AMC 20-26) som gir retningslinjer for sertifisering RNAV(GNSS) Z RWY 35 Denne AIP SUP inneholder også en revidert versjon av den eksisterende APCH-prosedyren til RWY 35 Prosedyrenavnet benytter nå karakteren Z for å skille prosedyren fra AR-prosedyren som benytter karakteren X i prosedyrenavnet Ingen spesielle krav utover det å være sertifisert for å fly en APCH er nødvendig for å bruke RNAV(GNSS) Z RWY 35 ENEV NEW AND REVISED INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES AT HARSTAD/NARVIK AIRPORT, EVENES Cancels AIP SUP 22/15 A new type of satellite based approach procedure will be available at Harstad/Narvik Airport, Evenes Special authorization from the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority is required prior to operational use of this procedure Required Navigation Performance - Authorization Required ( AR) The AR procedure published at Harstad/ Narvik Airport, Evenes is based on the design criteria promulgated in ICAO DOC 9905 The vertical component of the AR procedure is provided by the onboard barometric system and is protected through the application of a Vertical Error Budget (VEB) in the procedure design process Radius to fix (RF) functionality is required to fly the attached AR procedure Operators wishing to utilise the AR procedure must be certified by the Norwegian Civil Aviation Authority EASA has published an Airworthiness Approval and Operational Criteria for AR operations (AMC 20-26) RNAV(GNSS) Z RWY 35 This AIP SUP also contains a revised version of the existing APCH to RWY 35 The procedure name suffix Z has been added to the APCH procedure to separate it from the AR procedure which utilises the suffix X No additional requirements beyond being certified for APCH is required to use the RNAV(GNSS) Z RWY 35 procedure AIP SUP also published via internet:
