1 1. COMPANY NAME Our registered company name is ZEAL ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS (PTY) LTD. 2. COMPANY HISTORY Zeal Engineering Consultants expertise covers the full spectrum of electrical engineering. The company provides services in Consulting Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Project Management. Zeal Engineering Consultants aspires to become one of the leading firms of consulting engineers with a reputation for professionalism, efficiency and reliability. Our electrical and mechanical design engineers have wealth of experience in the planning and design of transmission and distribution networks, and built environment projects for various clients including electricity supply authorities, parastatals, government departments and private developers. Computer simulations of networks are done using latest power systems analysis program which has been proven extensively locally and internationally. Computer programs have been developed for designing and optimising urban and rural electrification networks to ensure the most cost effective solution and co-ordinated long term planning. Building services scope of work include full electrical reticulation networks, fire and scmoke detection systems, security, access control, HVAC, VRV, wet services and other related installations for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Through our association with proficient companies we are able to in-source such expertise as and when the need arises both in the public and private sectors. 3. OWNERSHIP OF THE COMPANY Zeal Engineering Consultants is a fully independent private company with no holding company with a controlling interest. The company is a private company registered in accordance with the Companies Act of 1973 (Act 61 of 1973). The company is 100% black-owned, managed and controlled by individuals with extensive experience in the electrical and mechanical engineering consultancy industry. The directors of the company own and control 90% of the business. The company has employees share-ownership scheme trust which owns the remaining 10% of the business. The trust has all eligible Zeal Engineering Consultants employees as beneficiaries. The company fully subscribes to BBBEE principles advocated in Act No. 53 of 2003 and codes of good practice as amended.

DIRECTORATE Executive Chairman: Ndifelani Nicholas Muofhe Pr Tech Eng, MSAIEE, SABTACO (Treasurer), BMF, BBCBE Nicholas Muofhe is a registered professional engineering technician with strong electrical engineering consulting background specializing in planning and design for electrical distribution networks as well as building services installations. Projects previously completed include residential, commercial and industrial building services, planning and design for transmission and distribution networks for electricity supply authorities, parastatals, government departments and private infrastructure development projects. His key responsibilities include feasibility studies, planning and design, bill of quantities and specifications, tender documents, site supervision and management of all project related activities, including budget control and liaison with customers, contract management and negotiations on behalf of the client. He is the current treasurer of South African Black Technical and Allied Careers Organisation (SABTACO), council member of Black Business Council in the Built Environment (BBCBE) and active member of Black Management Forum (BMF). Nicholas Muofhe has over 16 years experience in the consulting electrical engineering environment. He is currently the executive chairman of Zeal Engineering Consultants. Chief Operating Officer: Peregrine Kekana Bsc. Mech Eng, Post-GradDip Science, Eng & Safety, Masters in Strategy, Management & Project Leadership Peregrine Kekana is a qualified engineer in the field of mechanical engineering. She received a Bsc. degree from the University of Cape Town in 1998; she also holds a postgraduate diploma in Science, Engineering & Safety. In 2008 she received a Masters degree in Strategy, Management and Project Leadership with the university of La Sorbonne, Paris France. Peregrine s experience includes developing and implementing strategies that would enhance plant performance as well as extend plant design life, implementing strategic sourcing principles in order to reduce product cost. Peregrine Kekana has over 10 years experience in project leadership, business strategies and management. She is currently the chief operating officer for Zeal Engineering Consultants.

8 Director: Engineering Services Rhulani Khosa Pr Tech Eng (ECSA), Pr CCMP (SACPMP) Mr Khosa is a registered professional engineering technician in the field of electrical engineering. He qualified with a National Diploma in electrical engineering at Technikon Northern Gauteng in 2003 and also holds a Comprehensive Project Management Programme for Built Environment Practitioners at the University of Pretoria in He has more than ten years experience in the power transmission, power distribution industry and electrical reticulation projects specializing in tendering, planning, design and project management. He is currently the director of engineering services for Zeal Engineering Consultants. Chief Financial Officer Olgah Muofhe Certificate: Practical Accounting Olgah Muofhe has a strong background in the finance industry and is currently responsible for budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and securing of new funding. Her responsibilities include preparing budget and management accounts, invoicing, tax strategies, human resources, payroll system and contracts management. Her experience include financial management and book keeping, forecasting and managing cash flow projections, identifying and assessing all risks and preparing plans to mitigate potential risks, maintain good financial management systems and processes, interpret, analyze and present financials and related information to the board in order to facilitate understanding of options to resolve complex problems and take available opportunities, acquiring lines of credit and major purchases for the business as well as procurement and budget control. She is currently the chief financial officer for Zeal Engineering Consultants. Project Services Manager Unathi Lukhele Certificate: Project Administration Unathi Lukhele has a strong background in projects management and administration, she is currently responsible for managing and coordinating projects from inception to close-out stage including developing and maintaining detailed projects schedules, performing risk assessments and reporting, tracking of projects and ensuring the company meets client deliverables. Managing the project budget and reporting on costs and expenses.

9 She is also responsible for maintaining and integrating project plans, planning and scheduling resources or projects and monitoring resource utilization; monitoring the implementation of quality management system; business development and marketing all business products. She is currently the projects services manager for Zeal Engineering Consultants. 12. HUMAN RESOURCES The staff is composed of specialists and registered professional engineers and is equipped to face the challenges ahead. Our core staff comprise of registered professional engineers, a technologist, registered professional engineering technicians and qualified experienced technicians. Our staff is selected on merit and proven competency that have shown mettle, often working under challenging conditions. The directors of Zeal Enginering Consultants have in excess of 30 years experience amongst them in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering covering aspects such as planning and design, protection, control systems, construction of power lines and substations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, as well as project and construction management services.
