To achieve this quality of sound requires a process that incorporates a combination of objective and perceptual testing. Objective testing involves measuring physical response properties, such as frequency, power and directivity using highly sensitive measuring equipment. Perceptual testing, on the other hand, is carried out by a team of listening experts who make the final judgement on the sound quality of all Bang & Olufsen products.
