6 PRESENT CADASTRE OF REAL ESTATES OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC (CRE) CRE was enacted in 1993 by the Act No. 344/1992 Coll., on Cadastre of Real Estates of the Czech Republic (Cadastral Law), connecting technical and legal information on real estates in one system CRE of the CR is a set of data on real estates from the whole territory of the state including their: Inventory and description and their geometric specification and position Records of property and other material rights and other legally stipulated rights to real estates

7 INFORMATION SYSTEM OF CRE CRE is administered by 14 cadastral offices with 107 cadastral workplaces and 4800 employees under responsibility of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre Czech CRE is opened for public CRE is integrated in Information System of Cadastre of Real Estates Represents one of basic registers of state administration Supports significantly functioning of state administration

9 INFORMATION SYSTEM OF CRE - CONTENT Geodetic data file cadastral maps in different scales varied from 1:1000, 1:2880, 1: % is digitized, rest is in raster form Descriptive data file - digital form data on cadastral districts, real estates, owners separated buildings, parcels, flats (units) Set of documents paper form Contracts, decisions of state authorities, survey sketches

10 BREAKPOINTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN ISCRE Implementation in data accessible via Internet Remote Access 2 hours data updating Outputs with e-signature e launched in 2006 Web services launched in 2007 Copy of digital cadastral map marked with e-e signature since 2007
