6 D D1a D1b Too much work You re going to read a newspaper article about stress at work. First answer these questions and then ask your partner. Are you busy? Are you stressed? Have you got too much work? Have you got enough time for your hobbies? Read the article and find out what it says about the UK. Not so cool Britannia Too much work? Not enough time to relax? Are you stressed? You re not alone! 77% of people in the UK are stressed at work. This is the shocking result of a new survey. People work too many hours and at weekends, too. Another problem, especially for women, is finding a balance between home and work. Many working women think they haven t got enough time for their children. Their lives are too busy and the day isn t long enough to do all the work. They are too tired in the evenings and have no time for their friends or hobbies.
