3 ตอนท 3 ส มภาษณ ความค ดเห นเก ยวก บการพ ฒนาของหน วยงาน และของม ล กษณะเป นค าถามปลายเป ด การว เคราะห ข อม ลจากแบบส มภาษณ ว เคราะห ข อม ลโดยว ธ Content แล วน าเสนอข อม ลโดยการบรรยาย 1.4 ข อม ลผลส มฤทธ ของการพ ฒนาในช วงแผนพ ฒนาการศ กษาระด บอ ดมศ กษา ฉบ บท 9 (พ.ศ ) เก บข อม ลโดยการสอบถามผ บ งค บบ ญชาและท ได ร บการพ ฒนาฯ ใน แผนฯ 9 ด งน (1) ประชากรและกล มต วอย าง (1.1) การสอบถามผ บ งค บบ ญชาของท ได ร บการพ ฒนา โดยสอบถามจากผ บร หารต งแต ระด บห วหน างานข นไป จ านวน 182 คน ใช ว ธ การหาขนาดกล ม ต วอย างคร าวๆ ท เป นต วแทนของประชากรของ รศ.ดร.ศ ร ช ย กาญจนวาส (อ างถ งใน ส ว มล ต รกาน นท : 2543,94) โดยค ดจ านวนกล มต วอย างร อยละ 50 ของจ านวนประชากร ได กล มต วอย าง จ านวน 91 คน (1.2) การสอบถามสายว ชาการ สายช วยธ รการ และสายธ รการ ท ได ร บการพ ฒนา ในช วงแผนฯ 9 ในป งบประมาณ พ.ศ จ านวน 977 คน (ไม น บรวม ผ บร หาร) ใช ว การส มต วอย างแบบ Stratified Random Sampling จ าแนกตามหน วยงาน โดยหา ขนาดของกล มต วอย างท ค าความเช อม น 95% ตามระด บค าความคาดเคล อนของ Taro Yamané (ธาน นทร, 2547:38) ได กล มต วอย าง จ านวน 205 คน (2) เคร องม อท ใช ในการสอบถาม (2.1) แบบสอบถามท สร างข นเพ อใช ในการประเม นผลส มฤทธ ของการ พ ฒนาของหน วยงานในท ใช ส าหร บสอบถามผ บ งค บบ ญชาของท ได ร บ การพ ฒนาในช วงแผนพ ฒนาการศ กษาระด บอ ดมศ กษาฉบ บท 9 (พ.ศ ) ล กษณะของ แบบสอบถามแบ งออกเป น 3 ตอน ตอนท 1 เป นแบบสอบถามเก ยวก บข อม ลของผ ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได แก หน วยงาน ต าแหน ง ระยะเวลาท ด ารงต าแหน ง อาย ราชการ / อาย การท างาน ค ณว ฒ ม ล กษณะ เป นแบบเล อกตอบ จ านวน 5 ข อ ตอนท 2 เป นแบบสอบถามเก ยวก บการพ ฒนาและการ ประเม นผล การพ ฒนา ม ล กษณะเป นแบบเล อกตอบ จ านวน 45 ข อ ตอนท 3 เป นแบบสอบถามความค ดเป นเก ยวก บการประเม นผล การพ ฒนาของ ม ล กษณะเป นค าถามปลายเป ด จ านวน 1 ข อ 23
4 (2.2) แบบสอบถามท สร างข นเพ อใช ในการประเม นผลส มฤทธ ของการ พ ฒนาของหน วยงานใน ท ใช ส าหร บสอบถามของท ได ร บการ พ ฒนาในช วงแผนพ ฒนาการศ กษาระด บอ ดมศ กษาฉบ บท 9 (พ.ศ ) ล กษณะของ แบบสอบถามแบ งออกเป น 3 ตอน ตอนท 1 เป นแบบสอบถามเก ยวก บข อม ลของผ ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได แก หน วยงาน ประเภท อาย ราชการ / อาย การท างาน ค ณว ฒ ม ล กษณะเป นแบบเล อกตอบ จ านวน 4 ข อ ตอนท 2 เป นแบบสอบถามเก ยวก บการพ ฒนาและว ธ การ ประเม นผลการพ ฒนา ม ล กษณะเป นแบบเล อกตอบ จ านวน 38 ข อ ตอนท 3 เป นแบบสอบถามความค ดเป นเก ยวก บการประเม นผล การพ ฒนาของ ม ล กษณะเป นค าถามปลายเป ด จ านวน 1 ข อ (3) การเก บรวบรวมข อม ล ผ ว จ ยได ท าหน งส อขอความอน เคราะห ตอบแบบสอบถาม และให ผ ตอบ แบบสอบถามส งแบบสอบถามค นผ ว จ ยโดยตรง ด งน (3.1) ผ บ งค บบ ญชา ผ ว จ ยแจกแบบส ารวจให ผ บ งค บบ ญชา จ านวน 91 คน ได ร บแบบสอบถามค น จ านวน 54 คน ค ดเป นร อยละ (3.2) ผ ว จ ยแจกแบบส ารวจให ท เป นกล มต วอย าง จ านวน 205 คน ได ร บแบบสอบถามส งกล บมา จ านวน 105 คน ค ดเป นร อยละ (4) การว เคราะห ข อม ลจากแบบสอบถาม ตอนท 1 ข อม ลท วไปของผ ตอบแบบสอบถาม ว เคราะห ข อม ลโดยการแจก แจงความถ และหาค าร อยละของแต ละข อ แล วน าเสนอในร ปตารางและการบรรยาย ตอนท 2 ม การว เคราะห ข อม ลผลส มฤทธ ของการพ ฒนา ว เคราะห ข อม ลโดยการหาค าความถ และค าร อยละ และน าเสนอข อม ลในร ปตารางและการบรรยาย ตอนท 3 ข อเสนอแนะอ นๆ เก ยวก บการพ ฒนา เป น ค าถามปลายเป ด ว เคราะห ข อม ลโดยว ธ Content และสร ปผลเป นรายข อจ าแนกตามความถ และร อยละ 24
