3 Bid Ref. #5936 INDUSTRIAL PAPER PRODUCTS Page 1a SCOPE: Furnish industrial paper products for various County departments as specified. PRICING: See pages 1-7. Each line shows the applicable vendor. ORDERING: This award has been set up as a term contract in the automated purchasing system. Items must be ordered on-line using the Contract Purchase Method and the 11-digit commodity code(s). Term Contract Purchase Orders will be issued from the Term Contract Requisitions. DELIVERY: Deliveries shall be made no later than ten (10) working days from receipt of order. All deliveries will be on an as required basis to various departments and locations; and prices are net, including all shipping and incidental charges. NOTE: All goods delivered and found to be less than specified will be returned at the contractor s expense. FREIGHT: Purchase orders for Sofco only require a $ minimum or $35.00 delivery charge will apply. INSPECTION: Departments are responsible for inspecting shipments to ensure that what was ordered was received. If you have reason to believe an item does not meet specifications, please notify the Division of Purchase IN WRITING. SUBSTITUTIONS: No substitutions are to be accepted by the department without pre-approval from the Division of Purchase. If the vendor substitutes an item, contact Cindy Heck at immediately. PAYMENT: Payments will be made with the standard County purchase order receiving report and original vendor invoice. DISCREPANCIES: In the event of a discrepancy, contact the vendor at the number listed on the front of this notice. PROBLEMS: If you experience problems that cannot be resolved with the vendor, use the PO Variance Report/ Change Notice Request form for the documentation and send it to the Purchase Division Buyer.
