1 SERVICES & PRICES OVERVIEW MEDICAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE MEDICAL ASSESSMENT our executive medical assessment is a focused evaluation, examination & screening process completed by members of our physician & exercise physiologist team. This service includes 75 minutes of combined Physician time, including an in depth personal and family health history. An additional 90 minutes of combined exercise physiologist time involves a cardio-respiratory fitness assessment and exercise recommendations. Screenings include a broad blood test panel, audio and vision testing, electrocardiogram and specialist referrals where appropriate. A fitness planning consultation is offered with each assessment. $1,495 per Executive Medical Assessment TOTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT total health management offers all primary health care services provided by a family physician, plus additional services not covered by your provincial health care insurance plan. 2 MEDICAL SERVICES YOUTH TOTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT This service includes proactive, comprehensive growth and development assessments as age appropriate, in all episodic care, as well as features of the Adult Total Health Management program. The Youth THM program is designed for individuals from birth to age 17 of a current Adult Total Health Management or Executive Medical Assessment client. $500 per year for children and youth 17 years of age and under NATUROPATHIC MEDICINE CONSULTATION Naturopathic medicine is the art and science of disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention. This service focuses on natural therapies to support and stimulate the body s ability to heal itself. Initial Appointment $185 for 90 min Follow Up Appointment $155 for 60 min STUDENT TOTAL HEALTH MANAGEMENT This program includes a proactive, comprehensive annual growth and development assessment, plus all episodic care features of the Adult Total Health Management program. 3 COSMETICS SERVICES SKIN SCREENING When it comes to skin cancer prevention, skin screening offers us the first line of defence. Skin screening is a careful analysis of the entire surface of the skin, performed by a Board Certified Dermatologist, to assess any skin lesions and moles, and map them for treatment or follow up. Our goal is to identify skin damage before it progresses into skin cancer. $300 per assessment BOTOX Botox injections at INLIV are performed by an experienced team of doctors, whose expertise and approach create a natural, refreshed look. Frown and squint lines can result in looking angry, stressed or tired. These lines, along with others, can be softened or eliminated to give a more relaxed and revitalized appearance. By assessment. VO2 MAX / SUBMAXIMAL TESTING This service offers detailed and specific athletic testing designed to analyze your body s cardiovascular function. Our testing team will be able to accurately set appropriate training zone intensities so you can make the most of your exercise program. $150 for 60 min $175 per test REHABILITATION PERSONAL TRAINING Rehabilitation personal training is a dynamic service delivered by our physiotherapy team. Designed for rehabilitating acute and chronic injuries as they progress beyond the scope of physiotherapy treatments, this service functions as a bridge between physiotherapy and personal fitness training. $160 for 60 min session BLOOD LACTATE TESTING This advanced form of exercise testing is designed to give you a clinically accurate measurement of how your body adapts to exercise. This service provides personalized, therapeutic exercises, in a one-on-one treatment setting. Education about the body, and how to restore mobility and prevent future injury, is also provided. CHIROPRACTIC THERAPY Chiropractic therapy emphasizes the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractic treatments involve manual therapy, including manipulation of the spine, other joints and soft tissues. A full history, examination and recommended treatment protocol are completed and discussed prior to treatment. ORTHOTIC ASSESSMENT Orthotic assessments involve the use of TOG GaitScan, which allows practitioners to analyze patient biomechanics and order custom orthotic products. KMS can be used to measure agility, anaerobic power, sprint speed, jump height and power, contact time, foot speed, gait timings, interval training and functional capacity. $150 for 12 tests THE GRASTON TECHNIQUE The Graston Technique incorporates a patented form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. This technique enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. $65 per treatment THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE THERAPY Therapeutic massage therapy involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm and stress. This service is a physical treatment in which instruments are combined with functional rehabilitation. KINESIO TAPING Kinesio taping is applied over muscles in order to reduce pain and inflammation. REIKI Reiki is a service that stems from Japanese techniques for stress reduction and relaxation and is designed to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. $50 for 30 min session $150 for initial consultation LIFE COACHING Life and health coaching focuses on achieving realistic and lasting results with weight management or other areas of personal or professional development. Our Certified Life and Weight Loss Coach helps to identify obstacles and limiting beliefs, while supporting new patterns of behaviour that will lead to a life of fulfillment and lasting change. $150 for initial consultation AYURVEDIC MEDICINE Ayurveda consultations include a personalized health assessment through the use of iridology, tongue diagnosis, pulse examination and reiki energy healing. Advice on natural products such as herbs, minerals and vitamins is provided to correct imbalances identified. Ayurveda nutrition consultations are also available. $150 for initial consultation
