11 OUR CLIENTS synthonix case study TESTIMONIAL CAMBITION receptively and swiftly understood the very different branding, marketing and e-commerce website requirements of the Chemistry Industry in which Synthonix operates, allowing me to utilise the CAMBITION design and marketing skill-set as almost an extension of my own in-house team. Synthonix, a US based, multinational Chemistry Industry supplier, needed an upgraded MAGENTO e-commerce website, with a full brand auditing and evolution process, to better position the business as a leader within their competitive industry Indeed, the whole process was thorough and well executed, with particular emphasis on the e-commerce website expansion, where certain challenges were identified and overcome in an agile manner, with the outcome being a better and more efficient solution than before. I am really pleased with the outcome of the Synthonix brand evolution and website e-commerce project and have already overseen several significant business gains including a potential buy-out of a competing organisation. HAYDN BOEHM Chief Marketing Officer of Synthonix With detailed research, intuitive and careful market analysis and several meetings with both the UK and USA based teams, a robust and precisely considered brand evolution presentation was established, showcasing how the improved aesthetic of Synthonix could successfully enhance its market value and build a bigger business with a more affecting and trustworthy communication of brand. Furthermore, a detailed UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) review of the website was actioned, with the outcomes directing the evolution process. Indeed, technical challenges, with a site containing over 9000 products, were swiftly identified and resolved in an agile fashion. Training and support were offered to the in-house Synthonix team to ensure that the evolved site CMS (content management system) was correctly positioned for usage. As part of the renewed marketing push, in-line with the brand evolution strategy, Synthonix exhibited at various Chemical Industry seminars and trade events to showcase the improved aesthetic and sales message. Significant business gains were made from this launch period onwards, with an approximate 30% uplift on sales.
