The assessment shall identify the most cost effective, technically viable and environmentally acceptable solution for each location, identifying any affects arising as a result of each option. These will include, but not be limited to, direct and consequential effects on flood risk; ecology / designations; land drainage; water resources; nearby structures; fisheries.
