3 COMPANY PROFILE & MISSION SCS ingegneria is a renowned consulting engineering firm specialized in renewable energy, in civil and in areonautical sector. SCS stems from the Studio Asscociato di Ingegneria Cavallo-Sergi operating in Puglia since It provides to companies and public entities qualified engineering services. At SCS, partners and technical directors all have a backgroung in high profile industrial companies (e.g. Enel, Augusta, Agip, etc.). The fully issued share capital is set at 100,000, divided equally between the four founding shareholders. Our mission is to offer our Clients project planning and design services which satisfy their technical needs and other requirements, while respecting the applicable Rules and Regulations which are in force. We look to provide representation and a point of reference for our Clients. Our teams of experts always look to exceed their limits, rising to the challenges of the most complex engineering designs with the highest standards and in accordance with EN ISO 9001 provisions. 4 ACTIVITY & AREAS OF EXPERTIES ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT The clients of SCS are field leaders in electric energy production. SCS collaboratores with the most highly qualified European companies in the sector to plan and develop new electrical powers plants. We boast significant experience, having already planned and managed many electrical power plants sites, using both conventional and renewable sources. In particular, in the renewable sources sector SCS has estabilished its competence specifically in the planning and finalization of wind farms, photovoltaic plants and biomass plants operating mainly in Italy, Europe, Latin America and South Africa. AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING The main contractor of SCS is Augusta Westland S.p.a., a world leader in the helicopter field. We provide our services in the structural analysis and engineering services for the development of projects using the most advanced programs for structural calculus and solid modeling such as Nastran and Catia. CIVIL ENGINEERING The long term experience acquired in the sector by our engineers has made our Company on the most reliable engineering firms working for public bodies, general construction and property companies. Planning and management of civil infrastuctures streets, aqueducts, sewer system, methane gas distribution system, public lighting hospitals, school, sports centers, urban planning, commericial buildings, large-scale retali trade, housing, reconstruction, large restorations and maintenance.
