Message from the CEO Dear Employees, I am very happy and excited to announce this release of employees newsletter as I have a lot of updates to share with you all. Last quarter (Jan March 2015) was very good and fruitful for us. We ve performed extremely well and got good return on the investment we were making since last year. As most of you already know, we ve started a separate business unit under USM Business Systems called Enterprise Solutions and Data Management (ESDM) Group. This division will cater to US clients who are looking for customized solution for their enterprise. Rajeev Gupta, ex-president of Fujitsu will be a strategic adviser to this division. Tony Andre will head the sales team from US. Further, to support our growth, we have started a new office in Bangalore last month. This will ensure our sustained growth and support to our esteemed customers. We re also launching Excellence Award for USM where the best performers will be sent on-site for specified duration and they will work from U.S. On AnalytiX DS front, we have initiated a new project where we will build Code Automation Template (CAT) libraries that will be integrated with AnalytiX Mapping Manager. This will help our services team re-use existing code already developed by our developers thus saving us time and money as they will simply extract the relevant CAT and integrate wherever required. We ll also host them on our upcoming CATfX marketplace (on AnalytiX DS website) so that its accessible to all our target audiences and they can buy it online. Our operations and HR department will be conducting a few training classes on selfawareness, improving communication skills, etc. This will not only help our new joinees and freshers help their skills, but also gives a platform to know each other and build better bonding. Last but not the least, we still have a long way to go! My vision is to see USM and AnalytiX DS grow at an exponential rate every year. And I really believe that we all can do it together. You all are doing extremely good job everyday, and with this kind of focus and integrity, it won t take long to reach another great milestone in the near future. Yes, there are ups and downs in every organization, but the way you tackle such situations define how successful you re going to be. 3 Page 2 Message from AnalytiX DS founder and CTO Dear Colleagues, Earlier this year we have launched our Global Customer Success team which will put even greater emphasis and focus on customers and their success using our software and services in the marketplace our technology focus will be on the customer ensuring customers understand the complete value our unified platform of software products delivers and ensuring their success in the field. The focus will be on improving the unified platform modules and new developments and new offerings surrounding our automation framework CATfX and automation JumpStart programs designed to save customer time and money by automation manual processing using CATfX. 4 Page 3 A Current State Outlook from the Vice President of Strategic Accounts -(Sales & Marketing) Sales: Today we have many reasons to smile and be optimistic about the future and growth of AnalytiX Data Services Not the least of which is our current pipeline for Q2 and a growing pipeline for Q3. We currently have more than 3M in software and services deals in the procurement process and are working every day to complete those deals while we handle the multitude of new Demonstrations and Conversion conversations each week. Every week we are seeing very big names with very big potential coming to see what we have to offer and our story is compelling! I recently visited London and met with a number of Key Partners and one that has introduced us to The Bank Of England which is the federal bank. They have many big name client potentials and we are working to get joint collateral and presentation materials so that we can seize every opportunity! In the US we are currently engaged in a Multi-city tour with Computer Associates and their product owners for ERwin (a data modeling tool that most of our customers use today). I am speaking with groups of 20 to 50 users who are Enterprise Data Architects from a broad range of companies, gaining tremendous exposure for our Design and Automation Platform. As we continue this relationship, we will gain additional exposure and sales opportunities through one of ERwin s biggest resellers Sandhill Consulting, who are sponsoring this multi-city tour, and looking to deepen their relationship with AnalytiX Data Services I expect to see a good influx of new interest from this tour that will boost our numbers into the third and fourth quarter of this year! Finally, coming later this month, we will be sponsoring the World-Wide Data Vault Consortium with Dan Linstedt, founder of The DataVault Methodology. This will put us in touch with new client potentials who wish to automate their data vault, and allow us to grow relationships with some of our potential customers as well I will be meeting with 3 Architects from Mercer during the conference as they will be attending as our honored guests. On the services side of the house, we have closed some very big opportunities in recent months, and are currently working to implement a conversion at Vonage. As the Services team works to deliver, the sales team has more than 2.8 Million Dollars of potential opportunities lined up for both CATfX and Conversion work. We have done a great job of recognizing potential deals, walking them to the line, and engaging the services team for their deep technical knowledge that helps to win the business. I expect that with the coming innovations that our CTO has spoken of, we will see advances that help us to sell faster, and yield more control to our customers and partners all of which equates to expansion of our brand, and increases in revenues quarter over quarter. It s a great thing that we are adding new Junior TAMs to the team to help with the increasing demand, and that we have brilliant and experienced TAMs to help bring them to speed! Great job Sales team, and Special Thanks to the Product, Support, and Services teams for making every step of the process as smooth as possible! Marketing: From the beginning I have said The only problem we have is visibility and this is rapidly changing! We continue to see extraordinary results from the Marketing team month after month with increased web traffic and inbound inquiries that are fuelled by the Search Engine Optimization efforts put in place nearly a year ago. Our marketing Leader, Manish Shivhare has seen a great deal of transition happen within this team over the course of the year, but has managed to maintain tremendous momentum and a great team! Our latest efforts include addition of 2 positions to help with the efforts currently underway! We are adding new initiatives as well, including implementation of Connect & Sell a marketing tool that will allow us to reach out to hundreds of customers per week by phone and voic . Timing for this effort is perfect as the tool now integrates with Zoho (our CRM tool), and will allow us to capture a great deal of interest as we close out the second quarter and move into the third. We have extraordinary people in marketing, interfacing with extraordinary people in sales, the product team, services and support that has really allowed us to capitalize on EVERY opportunity, as a team! In closing, I want to reiterate the fact that we are on the rise Onward and Upward our momentum is strong, our people are great, and our product is profoundly valuable and unique we are in a position for greatness and we will achieve it as a team. USM Updates USM New Website Launch: We have successfully lifted off our new website launch for USM, with new techniques in web design to create more advanced and interesting effects in the browser to give user altogether a different experience. Website contains the Services and Solutions that USM primarily offers, IT Staffing / Professional Services that provides organizations the best of the best talent in the market, Enterprise Solutions and Data Management (ESDM) group, USM builds, implements and supports. 6 Page 5 ESDM Updates Enterprise Solution & Data Management (ESDM) : An Overview Enterprise Solution & Data Management (ESDM) Group represent the IT Services arm of USM with focus on serving the present and futuristic needs of clients using our onsite-offshore delivery model. With more than 100 clients and 500 employees, ESDM is well positioned to help clients transform and solve these complex problems which cannot be handled by traditional IT solutions. With our specialization in SAP, Mobile Apps, Analytics, Cloud enablement and Big Data technology area, we are well equipped to digitally transform the operations of our clients across different industry verticals. ESDM Service Offerings ESDM Updates on Sales: We welcome Tony D, Head of sales for ESDM. Tony is a Senior IT Consulting & Solutions Executive with over 15 years experience in Business development for IT product and services, workforce solutions, marketing solutions, global sales, and operations leadership. Tony has been able to get good traction in the very first month whereby we got leads from Wawa group, NVR, Micros, and few more. ESDM Updates on Pre-Sales ESDM has created an eco system of partners in SMAC and Big data technology area. NDA has been signed with ThinkSmart (Mobility and Big data) and Cloudus (Cloud computing). NDA under progress with Intellify (Analytics) and few other organizations.

The best way to evaluate the success of any project is through assessing clients satisfaction. Client testimonials are the best way of assessing clients experience with our services, processes, and delivery. We re starting this new section with this newsletter and would request you all to share any such appreciation s/testimonials that you get from your customers to forward it to us. Below are a few testimonials that we got in this past quarter. Mapping Manager is a great tool. Having watched it develop over the last few years it has grown into a tool that meets our needs in more ways than we expected when we purchased it. Regular releases have addressed almost everything that we have requested in terms of improvements and enhancements. AnalytixDS are extremely responsive to our needs in a way that only a small company can be. Having access to all levels of the company means we feel we have a real investment in the ongoing development and success of the product. - Australian Red Cross Blood Services (ARCBS), Melbourne The AnalytixDS Codeset Manager (CSM) component of Mapping Manager has met our expectations and proved to be a valuable tool in helping to centralize and standardize our divisional single-value reference data. 8 Page 7 How Do Positive Leaders Build Positive Identities? (An article sent by Tony Andre, Director, ESDM Division) What are the stories your employees tell about who they are and what they re capable of? Are they high-performers or nothing special? Perhaps they re valued team members or loners? Maybe they re great presenters or poor public speakers? You see our brains are sense-making machines. They love it when all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. And one of the ways we try to make sense of things is to tell ourselves stories about what s happening and what might happen next. What we often overlook however is the power these stories have to shape our beliefs and the way we think, feel and act as we go about our work. Unfortunately our natural inclination is to focus on negative rather than positive interpretations of what s happening or being said at work and then use that information as a way of reinforcing a set of stories about our identities that are really based on our deficiencies and our weaknesses causing us to feel anxious and insecure, explained Professor Laura Roberts from the University of Michigan when I interviewed her recently. Click here to listen to the podcast. If leaders can help people interpret events as an opportunity to grow by becoming more capable in their jobs or by becoming better people as a consequence of their work, they are more likely to experience positive emotions, to persist through adversity and to have better relationships with their colleagues, she explained. Cultivating positive identities isn t just about inflating people s sense of self-worth, rather it s helping them identify the personal characteristics that help them operate at their best, in ways that are also valued by others. It s not enough for an employee to just feel good about themselves in isolation, explained Laura. Instead it s important for them to understand that by cultivating a more positive identify for themselves, they can start a virtuous cycle so instead of feeling insecure and needing to pull others down, they can focus more enthusiastically and productively on helping other people understand how to bring their strengths to our collective work so that we can build a better organization together. But just how are leaders helping their people to cultivate and sustain more positive identities in workplaces that are often highly competitive? Laura s research suggests there are three ways you can help cultivate positive identities in a chapter she recently contributed to How To Be A Positive Leader: Small Actions, Big Impact : Craft Your Own Positive Identity What are the stories you tell about who you are at work? Laura suggests for a moment violating all the norms of humility and exploring the stories about when you ve brought your best self to work. Think about the times at work when you were really growing and developing into your full potential, when you were engaged in virtuous actions and when you feel good about yourself and were validated by others. Use these different angles to your stories to create concrete, specific examples of the experiences that have led to your success. Then identify the personal characteristics that are considered to be positive or valuable about who you are so you can proactively use this to shape the future for yourself and your team.

9 Page 8 How Do Positive Leaders Build Positive Identities? (Contd ) Have Evidence-Based Contribution Conversations If you conclude a project with your team, and you re pleased with the outcome, the tendency is to say, Great job everybody! Thanks a lot for all your effort, and to move on to the next task or responsibility immediately. Instead of offering empty praise and pats on the back, try to pause and engage the team in a collective conversation about how each individual contributed to the work of the team and why that was important and valuable. Try to also help the team to have a conversation about what it means for us, as a team, to function at our best so that, as a group, they develop a more positive identity for themselves. Prioritize Learning Model the way by showing humility and communicating that you are still a work in progress, growing and developing in a positive direction. While we generally like to focus on strengths, our accomplishments and our victories, in order to sustain the positive self it s important to acknowledge that we re always growing, developing and progressing through the highs and lows of work projects and of our careers. By being more public about your own learning processes and giving more acknowledgement and recognition to the growth of others, you can help support the collective growth of your team. As a leader what stories are you telling about yourself and your team members? How might these stories be shaping the way you think, feel and act? Could a more positive interpretation lead to better outcomes? Be Motivated! Motivation and enthusiasm manifest as desire and interest, and as a driving force that pushes you to take action and pursue goals.
