The cost for a box of 500 cards with the District 2-color logo is $20 or $36 for 1,000 cards. If you are not set-up to order with Office Depot, complete the attached form to have your login name and password set-up. PROCESS: Jobs totaling: Less than $1,000 obtain 1 quote and order with your p-card Up to $5,000 obtain 1 quote. Over $1,000, process requisition in PeopleSoft & attach quote $5,001 to $10,000 obtain 3 written quotes. Process requisition in PeopleSoft & attach all 3 quotes Over $10,000 Complete PBSD It will go electronically to Karen Adducci who will solicit quotes from the pool of vendors. Only use this form if the estimate is over $10,000. Allow ten work days for purchasing agent to obtain quotes Note- A vendor cannot start a job over $1,000 until a purchase order has been processed
