We ve brought together staff and equipment from three districts into one central location to make it much easier to fill, and distribute your print orders. Important information about filling out your print order form 1. Pull up the print shop order form on the district web site and print one. 2. Fill in all of the important info blocks at the top of the page. 3. Make sure you have the proper signatures and budget codes so your order can be processed. 4.Try to give us as much information about your order as you can by checking the boxes and listing original etc. 5. This area can be used for any special instructions that the boxes above did not cover, or you just want to give us a little more information about the job you are sending us. 6. All print orders MUST be sent to Budget Services and stamped first, before we can begin processing your print order. 7. You may call or come by with a sample of your print job so that we can give you a more accurate quote before sending your job over to budget.

Governing Copyright laws state: In no case shall any district employee or student use district equipment for duplication of copyrighted materials for which a copyright release has not been obtained and which copying thereof would prevent or circumvent sale of copyrighted materials. Even if the material you would like to have copied is out of print, you must get written permission from the publisher. If the original publisher is out of business, you must contact the publisher that has bought the copyright. Copyrighted materials sent to the Print Shop, need the original letter or cover page that has the written permission.

7 The Print Shop and Mail Services provide the printing for all TRUSD District sites: Forms and school communications to parents and district employees. The Nutrition Services utilizes the Print Shop for the Free and Reduced Lunch Applications and Monthly Elementary Menus. Print for a student population of over 30,000. Pupil Information Packets for start of the new school year Print Governing Board Agendas and District Letterhead, District envelopes, and Business Cards. The Print Shop is an in-house printing source for the TRUSD Independent Charter Schools. Print Shop provides the Twin Rivers Police Services with the required operational forms. The Supplemental Math and Language Arts Curriculum are printed and distributed to all Elementary and Secondary schools. Assessment testing for grades K-12 as well as Report Cards and Student Progress reports are printed. Individual teacher print requests and school newsletters are also printed in house.
