3 1 Getting Started 1. Read through the Plantersbank s Internet Banking service Reminders & Terms and Conditions. Click on I Agree should you find the provisions contained within acceptable otherwise I Disagree to close the screen.

4 1 Getting Started 1. Read through the MegaLink Internet Banking service Terms and Conditions. Click on I Accept should you find the provisions contained within acceptable.

5 Getting Started (continued) 2. Familiarize yourself with the layout of the transactional webpage. Note that all the services may be accessed through the buttons arrayed vertically along the left side of the webpage.

6 Balance Inquiry 1. Click on the button labeled Balance Inquiry. 2. Key in your 16-digit ATM or Cash Card number on the field marked Card Number. 3. Select your Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; Current for Checking Accounts; either Savings or Checking for Cash Card Accounts. 4. Click on the numeric keypad to key in your ATM PIN.

7 Balance Inquiry Validate your balances on the web receipt. Use the Print Screen function should you want a printed copy of your web transaction receipt.

8 Intra Bank Transfer To An Own Account Note: Service only applies to Checking & Savings accounts linked to the same ATM Card. Service does not apply to Cash Card accounts.

9 Intra Bank Transfer To An Own Account (continued) 1. Click on the button labeled Intra Bank Transfer To An Own Account. 2. Key in your 16-digit ATM or Cash Card number on the field marked Card Number. 3. Select your source Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; or, Current for Checking Accounts. 4. Select your beneficiary/to Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; or, Current for Checking Accounts. 5. Type the amount for transfer on the field labeled Amount. 6. Click on the numeric keypad to key in your ATM PIN. 7. Click on the button labeled Submit.

Select the MegaLink beneficiary/to Bank by clicking on the drop down field. 5. Select your beneficiary/to Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; or, Current for Checking Accounts. 6. Type the amount for transfer on the field labeled Amount 7. Using your PC mouse, key in your ATM PIN on the numeric key pad. 8. Click on the button labeled Submit.

14 Bills Payment 1. Click on the button labeled Bill Payment. 2. Key in your 16-digit ATM or Cash Card number on the field marked Card Number. 3. Select your Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; Current for Checking Accounts; either Savings or Checking for Cash Card Accounts. 4. Select the Biller merchant by clicking on the drop down field. 5. Key in your biller Subscriber Number, Account Number, or any other biller identifier on the field labeled Reference. 6. Type the amount for transfer on the field labeled Amount 7. Using your PC mouse, key in your ATM PIN on the numeric key pad. 8. Click on the button labeled Submit.

15 Bills Payment Validate the transaction details on the web receipt. Write down the Reference Number, Date and Time of the transaction for your records. Use the Print Screen function should you want a printed copy of your web transaction receipt.

16 Statement Request 1. Click on the button labeled Statement Request 2. Key in your 16-digit ATM or Cash Card number on the field marked Card Number. 3. Select your source Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; or, Current for Checking Accounts. 4. Using your PC mouse, key in your ATM PIN on the numeric key pad. 5. Click on the button labeled Submit.

18 Load Fulfillment Note: service is only available between 5:00 AM to 11:59PM

19 Load Fulfillment (continued) 1. Click on the button labeled Load Fulfillment 2. Select the mobile service provider by clicking on the drop down field. 3. Select the mobile number preface number from the drop down field. 4. Type the seven digit mobile number on the adjoining field. 5. Select the prepaid load denomination from the drop down field. 6. Key in your 16-digit ATM or Cash Card number on the field marked Card Number. 7. Select your Account Type by clicking on the drop down field. Select Savings for Savings Accounts; Current for Checking Accounts; either Savings or Checking for Cash Card Accounts. 8. Using your PC mouse, key in your ATM PIN on the numeric key pad. 9. Click on the button labeled Submit.
