11 Lublin Science & Technology Park Construction of Lublin Science and Technology Park included the implementation of multi-functional building with a total area of over square meters consisting of five segments with the necessary accompanying infrastructure: office segment, office segment with a social area, exhibition segment, conference segment with auditorium for 420 seats, office segment with the lab area. The investment was financed from national funds - regional contracts, own funds of the Lubelskie Voivodship and by the European Union under the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland

The shareholders of company are: Local Government of Lublin Region, Municipality of Lublin City, Technical University of Lublin, Medical University of Lublin, University of Life Sciences in Lublin Institute of Agrophysics Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin, Institute of Soil Science and Plant Cultivation State Research Institute, Lublin Equity Fund in Lublin (Lubelski Fundusz Kapitałowy).

13 Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer of Lublin Science and Technology Park /2 The Company is a technology transfer center for the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, Lublin University of Technology, Medical University of Lublin established in order to better exploit the intellectual and technical potential of universities and to transfer the research results to the economy. One of the goals of CITT LPNT is to sell or transfer free of charge the results of R&D to the economy. The mission of the CITT LPNT is to help the innovative companies to communicate, share ideas and encourage collaboration with academia, identify and launch innovations, implement projects of R&D conducted at universities and research institutes operating in the Lublin region.

14 Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer of Lublin Science and Technology Park / 3 The main objective is to create a solid platform for institutionalized cooperation between science and industry, the combination and exchange of scientific - academic and industry know - how, through information, training and assistance in the implementation of advanced technologies and manufacturing techniques in the industry. The company's core skills & competence are in technology transfer and commercialization. It has the particular expertise in bridging the gap between scientists & engineers and business people with the help of local & regional government. CITT LPNT assists high-tech start-ups, technology corporations and universities to create competitive advantage by rapidly developing new systems and solutions, commercializing technology and transferring knowledge across projects and business units.

15 Science & Technology Park in Puławy Construction Science & Technology Park in Puławy - the building fitted with the basic equipment of an usable area of over square meters, consisting of three wings connected by a link, reflecting the breakdown of functional object: Technology Incubator Center Enterprise Center Technology Centre. The necessary infrastructure such as parking lots and leisure facilities is also provided. The investment was financed from own funds by the City of Pulawy and from the European Union under the Operational Programme Development of Eastern Poland

16 YouNick - Nickel Technology Park in Poznań /1 YouNick is Poland's first non-public technology park. In the modern office and warehouse complex there is over 12,000 sq.m. of office space with the possibility of any arrangement, set up in four office buildings; warehouse space of high storage and specialized laboratory space. YouNick business-related services include: conference center, coworking area, virtual office services, multimedia library, language learning centre, kindergarten, restaurant, buses transport and workshops dedicated to tenants of the park.

17 YouNick - Nickel Technology Park in Poznań /2 YouNick provides space & services for both Polish and foreign companies from innovative industries, mainly ICT and Life Sciences. Companies located here specialize in designing advanced IT systems, IT outsourcing, biotechnology, logistics, consulting, manufacturing and service activities.
