5 Canvas for Recruiters. Value for ad-agencies Recruiter advertisers are well aware that video has erupted and has become an intricate part of the digital marketing recruitment framework. In fact, it s easy to argue that video holds even more value in recruitment where you are not just selling a product; you are selling a culture, a lifestyle and opportunities. This sentiment is nigh on impossible to get across in a 500 word job description, but comes to life within a video. This is where Canvas could play an exciting new role within a targeted mobile Facebook campaign.
6 Expressive Experience. Social dates microsite. Facebook Canvas is the place where social meets microsite. The experience is immersive as it captivates the user, and invites them into a playground of creative possibilities. Facebook has invented Canvas for mobile. It s their solution to tool-up advertisers with the mobile technology to get across their story and brand in an enjoyable way.

9 Header Logo. Here you can upload a large image that is pinned to the top of the screen. The image must be 66 pixels high by 882 pixels wide maximum. However, if you do not wish your image to be pinned at the top, you have the choice to use either an image or text element instead of a header. < CRUNCH SIMPLY DIGITAL
10 Canvas Image. Canvas Image allows you to display a full width image. You can upload a wider image as Facebook have introduced a tilt to pan option where the viewer can move their mobile device to see the whole image. Tilt to pan
11 Text Box. In this section you have the option to add a text box that contains a maximum of 500 words Facebook give various options as to size of the font, colour, bold/italic/underlined and the different alignment options.
12 Canvas Button. A Canvas Button is 48 x 48 pixels of padding that contains a URL for an off-site link. You have a maximum of 30 characters and have 2 different font options. VISIT CRUNCH
13 Canvas Carousel. Canvas Carousel allows you to display a maximum of 10 images that the viewer can scroll through by tilting their mobile device. Images must be: 1080 pixels wide by 1920 pixels high maximum. Tilt to scroll
14 Canvas Video. Along with images, Facebook has also introduced the option to include auto-play videos in Canvas. Videos must have a minimum resolution of 720p and have a portrait orientation. You can have multiple videos in one Canvas, however, their collective duration cannot exceed 2 minutes.
15 Canvas Product Set. Canvas Product Set allows the advertises to upload a product catalogue which will display the bestperforming products to the viewer. This feature will allow you to display up to 40 products.
