4 Description of Courses offered by the Department of Management Information System Principles of Management Information System This course aims to show the concepts, principles and foundations of the management information systems and the nature of the interest offered by these systems for different management functions and activities of the President in the organization, with the use of some special software to databases management systems and office automation This course contains a number of topics including those related to the concept of management offices, the nature of the office management and administrative management of the office and its importance, the design of the office, the physical environment of the office and its impact on workers and auditors Management of information resources This course contains the how and what the impact of information technology on the institutions. Topics covered include new organizational structures and institutions operating control systems using information technology in addition to the role of this technology in the management of the process of institutional change and overlapping systems work for different institutions through electronic connectivity and its impact on changing the boundaries of institutions and market practices. The course covers the impact of information technology on strategic planning and management as well as to the relationship between technology and efficient management of these new forms of technology as the truth phantom and multimedia. The course also exposed the extent to which the expected strategic advantage of information technology in the organization and the leadership role of the staff in the Department of information in addition to the role of information technology in the present and the future institutions of the era of globalization Logistics information systems This course contains the student the contribution of information systems in support of the tasks and functions of business organizations and coordination and integration between the various administrative units and to all members of the organization, which includes personnel management, inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting, finance, customer support, marketing, manufacturing, production... etc..
