Supplemental Recruitment Initiatives Initiatives Location Description Titles of Employees Involved 1 RAMP 3.0 Sales Training Program Entercom New Orleans Entercom Salespeople and Managers participate in Entercom's proprietary RAMP Training. Five (5) AEs graduated from this program during the annual reporting period. Sales Managers Account Executives 2 On-Air EEO Policy and Invitation to Receive Job Openings Entercom New Orleans One day per week Entercom New Orleans airs recruitment advertisements on all stations, seeking applicants across all departments. Advertisements inform the New Orleans Metro area of Entercom s EOE policy and invite all organizations to be a part of our recruitment process. Program Directors 3 Manager EEO Training Entercom New Orleans Managers are trained regarding EEO compliance rules, and are given forms and policy memos. All Department heads are expected to adhere to the EEO rules and complete all necessary EEO paperwork for each new hire. EEO Administrator All Entercom Markets 4 Mardi Gras Job Fair New Orleans, LA The HR Director and attended this career fair sponsored by seven local colleges. Over 600 students attended this event. The Entercom New Orleans representatives spoke with students about opportunities and handed out employment applications, job postings, internship information, and company information. HR Director 5 Entercom s EEO Policy and Compliance Training Web-Ex Entercom s VP of Human Resources facilitates a training session on Entercom s Preventing Discrimination Policy and Procedure. The training also discusses Entercom s EEO Policy and Procedure and reviews the requirements that each market must complete in order to be in compliance. VP of Human Resources All Entercom Markets 6 Delgado Community College Job Fair New Orleans, LA The HR Director and attended the career fair on campus of Delgado Community College. The Entercom New Orleans representatives spoke with students about opportunities and handed out employment applications, job postings, internship information, and company information. 6 8 EEO Breakfast Entercom New Orleans Entercom New Orleans hosted a breakfast for our Recruitment Source contacts. Managers discussed the opportunities available at Entercom and provided an overview on their specific departments. A station tour was also provided. Recruitment Sources were strongly encouraged to refer candidates for our open positions.
