VIOK 1.-D VIOK 1.-D/PE DLK.-PE The DIK 1. -level sensor input block distributes a signal line (top level) as well as - and + potentials (middle and bottom levels) via insertion bridges. DIKD 1. is the same, except with feed -through contacts. DOK 1. is a -level actuator output block which accommodates a signal line (top level) a bridged negative potential (middle level) and a grounding busbar (bottom level). VIOK 1. is a -level combination of the DIK/DOK blocks where only one block is needed for sensors and actuators. This block distributes a signal line (top level), - and + supplies (middle levels) and grounding busbar (bottom level). VIOK 1.-D has a feed-through and busbar levels. VIOK 1.-D/PE is a -conductor feed-through block. The -conductor DLK.-PE and DLKB.-PE blocks are designed for -phase current. They have two independent conductor connections on the load side, while on the input side they are the same shape as feed-thru universal terminal blocks UK N and UK N. The UDK versions feature power distribution using terminal points on each connection side, as well as two bridging points in the terminal center. The ST-SI-UK fuse plugs accommodate x0 man fuse cartridges, and are available with or without a light indicator. The plug housing opens on one side to change the fuse. The ST-BE component plugs are available as single plugs for -position components and as double plugs for -position components with or without inserted components. The component itself is inserted and clamped at the top. The open design means that larger components can be used that protrude above the plug. 7 CLIPLINE Modular Terminal Blocks Equipment Terminal Blocks These compact direct mounted terminal blocks are used primarily with network connections for electrical and electronic equipment and small terminal boxes. G blocks accommodate wires up to 1 AWG and G blocks are for wires up to AWG (stranded) and AWG (solid). The housing is made of shock proof ULV impact resistant plastic. The blocks interlock and are supplied with two screws each for mounting. Connection points can be labeled with optional marker pins which insert into notches in the top of each block. Color: Gray. 8 CLIPLINE Spring Cage Terminal Blocks A complementary option to screw terminal block technology is spring cage technology where a spring pulls the conductor tight against the current bar. The prestressed corrosion-proof copper alloy spring is opened using a screwdriver so the conductor can be inserted into the insertion space through an opening in the spring leg. The conductor is pulled against the current bar under spring force when the screwdriver is removed. ST Series Phoenix Contact announces the introduction of a new high density spring cage terminal block family (ST). The new mini spring design reduces the overall size of the terminal block without giving up any features. The STproduct has a flexible dual channel push-in jumper system, which can handle and chain bridging using,,,, or 0 position jumpers. There is a generous wire entrance which eliminates the need to use a larger termial block when ferrules are used. The ST block has large center marking for easy access and readability and end marking for labeling each termination point. The housings are made of unbreakable polyamide.. As an interface between an automated device and the system peripherals, it is equipped with either a plug-in miniature relay (PLC-R) or optocoupler (PLC-O) which is easily removed with the built-in ejector latch.
