3 1 THE JOURNAL OF COMPARATIVE POLICY ANALYSIS (JCPA) MEMBERS AND PARTNERS ESTABLISHED IN 1998, THE JOURNAL OF COMPARATIVE POLICY ANALYSIS (JCPA) is the only explicit journal of comparative policy studies. It aims to stimulate the intellectual development of comparative policy studies and the growth of an international community of scholars who research the challenges and benefits of global inter- and intra-policy making. The journal invites manuscripts that make a significant contribution to the theory, methodology, and empirical analysis of comparative policy studies as well as their relation to public affairs, administration and management. Proposals for Special Issues and submissions to sections on a variety of topics and disciplines are encouraged.
