West Midlands Ambulance Service: We chose the property for a community ambulance station because its location and road links mean we can respond to patients quickly. It also provides us with the right standard of accommodation which we require to look after our staff. Victory Fasteners: We particularly liked this estate and the unit was by far the best quality and had a nice feel. It is clean and tidy and provides the right environment to grow the business. Costa Coffee: We only opened our doors a few days ago but we have been so busy that it looks like I need to recruit more staff. This particular location is ideal, being close to the bus stop, on the main road, and at the entrance of the precinct.

7 MTI Welding: We appreciate the support LCP has given us as our accommodation needs have changed and we have required larger premises.
