1 GENERAL REQUESTS 1. Website page structure has been amended, need to amend navigation to match Admin needs to be able to add and delete second tier pages and these additions/ deletions need to be automatically reflected in the site nav drop down - when creating a new page, need to be able to nominate the parent page 2. When admin creates a new user: Currently - create user >> set CC Centre or Additional or Supplier >> then have to go back in and allocate Role Expiration Date >> THEN log out as admin, log in as User and Create Profile Desired - create user >> allocate as CC Centre (new user type - just re-name Member) OR Supplier >> Role Expiration automatically set to be 30th June of following year >> option for admin to then go on and create CC Centre or Supplier profile for user if they wish 3. CAWA Shop **Payments no longer linked to user signup. New signup process as follows: 1. Member fills in a web form where they indicate whether they are signing up as: Child Care Centre, with OR without x Additional Centres OR Supplier 2. Pay online for whatever the appropriate total is (but no user profile is created). In the above process, essential information is collected and retrievable by admin for export to excel Members can also sign up and pay via a downloadable pdf 4. General stylesheet amends To make site layout cleaner 5. New header design and modification of sidebar contents See wireframes to follow 6. Childcare Search In the suburb dropdown, only show suburbs that have a member centre 7. Suppliers listing Suppliers will be manually cateogorised on the main suppliers page with their names linked manually to their supplier profile. Or does admin HAVE to logout of admin and log back in as the appropriate user in order to create a profile/ad for that user? If the latter, then these three items should be removed from the admin menu.

If NA, then clicking on this link will take the member to a page saying you have not purchased any additional centres. If the Member does have additional centres, then it will take them to a listing of their additional centres, and then they can click on the centre they wish to edit the profile of.
