1 HANDS OFF MY CHRYSLER 200 CONTEST RULES 1. Thirty (32) lucky entrants will qualify by ENTERING online, in contest boxes, through the newspaper. TEN (10) lucky entrants will qualify by entering online at Chatham Chrysler Facebook Site and at TWENTY (22) entrants will be randomly drawn from all completed entries received from the ballot box at Chatham Chrysler, Chatham Voice and select other outlets as of the Contest Closing Date on Friday, September 5 th, 2014 at approximately 12:00 pm EST by a Representative and he or she will receive a spot in the final Hand On the Vehicle contest to attempt to win a 1 year lease towards the 2015 Chrysler 200. All thirty (32) entrants will place their hand on the 2015 Chrysler 200 provided at Chatham Chrysler on September 12. th, 2014 at 12:00pm and not move their hand until there is a winner. By moving their hand, the entrant understands that they will be disqualified from the contest and does not win the grand prize. Chatham Chrysler may introduce new rules that will be clearly explained to all remaining qualifiers but the rule is not in effect until all qualifiers verbally agree (with witness) that they understand and accept the new additional rule. At the time of all contestants agreeing upon a new rule being implemented this will be an additional stipulation that all contestants must comply with to remain in the contest. Failure to comply by all written rules (displayed for all contestants to see) will result in a contestant immediately being removed from the contest. All contest entrants or qualifiers MUST be able to provide a driver s abstract to upon request as a requirement to win the One Year Lease. Contestants may not consume food or drink (unless they provide a medical alert bracelet as proof of a legitimate reason to consume food or drink). Unless authorized by the judges to do so, contestants may not remove their hand for any reason including the use of the bathroom (unless authorized to do so by the judges) or they will be removed from the competition. Unless authorized by judges contestants may not use any type of entertainment (I.e. personal music player, book, laptop, tablet, etc) however, contestants may keep a cellular phone with them in case of emergency; but it must be left at the judging table adjacent to the contesting area. 2. The Grand prize will not be released unless winner or winner s designated agent first shows proof of having a valid driver s license, clean driving record for the province in which he/she resident and winner has satisfactory insurance. The Grand prize of the car will not be released without the winner being present and adequately identified. The lease or financing of the vehicle will be subject to all standard Chrysler Canada Inc. Lease or finance obligations, rules, policies and contractual requirements and the winner must comply with all the terms and conditions contained in the vehicle finance or lease agreement. The leasing of the vehicle may come with a kilometer limit per year. The winner shall be responsible to pay for all additional costs for each additional kilometer over the allocated kilometers if applicable driven during the period. The leased vehicle must be returned to the dealership in which the vehicle was leased at the end of the lease term for disposition by Chrysler Canada Inc. The winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses which are not

2 included in the description above, including but not limited to: licensing, insurance, registration, gas consumption tax, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. Chrysler Canada Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the vehicle with another vehicle of equivalent or greater value or of a different model year for any reason including, but not limited to: production delays caused by labour disruptions, part shortages, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events, or any other reasons. (b) If a selected entrant cannot be reached by Friday, September 5 th, 2014 or declines the prize another entrant will be chosen to replace that entrant from on location ballots. (c) In the event that a selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill testing question, another entrant will be selected on or before Friday, September 5 th, (d) Entrants can only be considered for one entry from the ballot box at Chatham Chrysler location. Entrants may only successfully qualify for the contest once (1) and any additional qualifying positions that are added by mistake are nontransferrable and an additional entrant will be drawn on or before Friday, September 5 th, If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the phone number submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The individual assigned to the phone number for the phone company associated with the submitted phone number is considered the authorized account holder. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the phone number associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid telephone account that may be identified by reverse phone number search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). (e) The Grand Prize will not be released without the winner being present and adequately identified. (f)the Grand Prize Winner must claim the Grand Prize at the designated Participating Chatham Chrysler Dealer within sixty (60) days of the Grand Prize contest. The delivery date of the Grand Prize shall be mutually agreed upon by the Participating Dealer and the Grand Prize Winner. (g) The Grand Prize Winner must be available to pick up the Grand Prize on the Delivery Date. Should the Grand Prize Winner be unable to claim the Grand Prize on the Delivery Date at the Participating Dealer, it is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner to arrange for an alternative pick up date with the Participating Dealer. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for transportation to the Participating Dealer, and any other expense not explicitly included in the Grand Prize.

3 (h) The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right, in its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded for any reason. 3. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this Contest. 4. Participants will be eligible for the prize package as outlined above. 5. All prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Chatham Chrysler reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. 6. (a) In order to win, selected entrants must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited, mathematical skill testing question, posed in person at a mutually convenient time. (b) Chatham Chrysler judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of prizes. 7. Selected entrants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner. 8. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by its advertising agencies, without further compensation. This Contest is subject to all applicable provincial and municipal laws and regulations. 10. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. There will be 30 opportunities to qualify by entering online at Chatham Chrysler Facebook, Voice Facebook, Chatham This Week Facebook, through on air qualification with CKXS 99.1 or social media site of CKSY 95.1, by ballot at Chatham Chrysler and other

4 social media outlets. Chatham Chrysler is unaware of how many entrants there may be. The contest period in which these qualifiers will be collected in August 11th September 5 th, The qualifiers may come from any geographic area in Southwestern Ontario, so long as they otherwise qualify to enter the Contest. 12.All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by. takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. 13.
