We supply them with reliable, efficient and cost effective services. All documentation and certification is shared between our companies and our professional advice and service is always available to them. Client: Rolls Royce Project: Coolant Tank Pumping System Requirements: Electrical Control and Installation Contractor: Fuchs Lubricants Information: We were commissioned by Able Engineering LTD to undertake the project management, design, manufacture, installation and commissioning for a Coolant Tank Pumping System for topping up coolant on multi-axis CNC machinery. Client: Tradeteam DHL Project: Energy Efficient Lighting Scheme Requirements: Electrical Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: Our design team worked closely with Tradeteam, a part of DHL, to produce a lighting scheme based on energy savings and CO2 emissions that was in line with the office layout with an estimated saving of 30% per annum. Final calculations concluded that our scheme had realised energy savings of 40% per annum. Client: Longcliffe Quarry Project: Blending Process Control System Requirements: Control System Design, Electrical Installation and Commissioing Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: We designed and installed a control system for a static-stone grading and processing system at Longcliffe quarry. Working closely with the production engineer, we produced a process specification that included conveyor sequencing, integrated control onto existing SCADA and conveyor control systems. Client: ETA Prcocess Plant Project: Vacuum Desecration Plant Requirements: Manufacture and Commissioning of Plant Contractor: Able Engineering Information: Our scope of works was to install containment alongside the installation and fabrication of pipe work, working from a specification and 3D construction modeling. Close co-ordination with all parties was crucial in the successful completion as there were a number of trades involved. 11
14 CLIENTS Client: Foreign and Commonwealth Offices, Whitehall, London Project: Electrical Testing Requirements: Electrical Contractor: Interserve Site Services Information: We completed a fixed electrical wiring inspection and testing project at the Foreign & Commonwealth Offices in London. Intense security measures and stringent timescales were adhered to throughout the project. Our engineers worked to the highest standards with minimal disruption to the client. Client: Radius Systems Project: 110v Installation Requirements: Electrical Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: Working on a new multi million pound production area was a challenging task for the team and all involved. Communication was key to maintaining production while installing containment from exiting installations, to supply low voltage safety sockets while still maintaining compliance within the companyʼs high health and safety standards.we responded quickly to the challenge and completed the project within the time frame. Our team was able to project manage to ensure a quality finish that met our clients high standard. Client: Tulip Foods Project: Panel Board Installation Requirements: Electrical Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: A modern food processing company that exports to more than 80 countries worldwide. Woodward Electrical was commissioned to offer a comprehensive package of both project design and implementation though to reactive and preventative maintenance. Our electrical specialist worked seamlessly with the production staff to create serviceable solutions in difficult, high risk environments, meeting the latest guidelines and company health and safety compliance, whilst still maintaining live service with minimal disruption to the business. Client: Derby City Council Project: Electrical Testing of multi-sites Requirements: Electrical Testing Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: Winning a 5 year contract with Derby City Council to carry out the electrical testing of multi-sites throughout Derbyshire, these include schools, leisure centres, art gallerys, museums & shopping centres. Client: Serco Leisure Operating Limited Project: Electrical Testing, PAT and Remedial works Requirements: Electrical Contractor: Woodward Electrical Limited Information: Working closely with a national multi-site company carrying out the fixed wire electrical testing, portable appliance testing and undertaking remedial works following the testing. 12
