A Master s degree in any discipline of Veterinary Science/ Animal Science/ Dairy Science/ Fisheries Science with at least 55% of marks(annual system) or CGPA of 3 out of 4 or OGPA 8 out of A Doctoral Degree in any Discipline of Veterinary Science/ Animal Science/ Dairy Science/ Fisheries Science/related Science. 4. A total experience of 18 years of Teaching/Research/Extension/

2 Dean (Veterinary Science): 2. A Master s degree in any discipline of Veterinary Science/ Animal Science with at least 55% of marks(annual system) or CGPA of 3 out of 4 or OGPA 8 out of A Doctoral Degree in any Discipline of Veterinary Science/ Animal Science/ related Science. 4. A total experience of 18 years of Teaching/Research/Extension/ 5. Should compulsorily have registered with the Veterinary Council Of India (VCI) or State Veterinary Council (SVC) and should posses a valid registration certificate. Dean (Dairy Science,Bangalore): 2. A Master s degree in any discipline of Dairy science with at least 55% of marks (annual system) or CGPA of 3 out of 4 or OGPA 8 out of A Doctoral Degree in any Discipline of Dairy Science /related Science. 4. A total experience of 18 years of teaching/research/extension/ Librarian: 1. Master s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7points scale & consistently good academic record. 2. At least 13 years as Deputy Librarian in a University Library Or 18 years experience in Library of National Institutes/Colleges of which at least 8 years shall be as Deputy Librarian in a University. OR M.Phil/Ph.D degree in Library Science/ Information science/documentation /Archives & Manuscript keeping with 10 years experience in University/ National Institutes/College Library out of which at least 5 years shall be as Deputy Librarian. Note: Evidence of innovation in Library services & organization of published work is desirable.

3 GENERAL CONDITIONS: 1. The eligibility as well as suitability of a candidate shall be considered based on the information furnished by him in his application. 2. All the items as mentioned in the application shall be supported by the relevant and authorized documents, only such documents/records will be taken in to consideration for award of marks. 3. Prescribed certificates should be obtained from competent authority on or before the last date of submission of application. In case of centre of excellence/infrastructure created, certificate issued by the Vice Chancellor in case of Universities/Directors in case of National Institutes only will be considered. 4. Any additional documents/certificates/records given after the last date for submission of filled in application will not be considered for award of marks. 5. If a candidate has submitted more than one application prescribed for the same post before the last date, the latest application will be considered as valid for the purpose of recruitment. 6. The decision of the selection committee will be final. 7. Candidates applying for the post of Dean at Veterinary College shall have basic veterinary Qualification i.e.,b.v.sc or B.V.Sc & AH. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. The applications must accompany with the prescribed Application Fee of Rs 600/- (For SC/ST Rs.300/-) in favour of The Comptroller, KVAFSU, Bidar. Note: A Xerox copy of the caste certificate issued by the competent authority should be produced in support of claim for fees concession under SC/ST category. 2. As the officers posts are tenure posts, no reservation is applicable for direct recruitment. 3. All late, incomplete applications and without prescribed fees are liable to be rejected. 7. The appointed candidates will be governed by the Act and Statute and Regulations of the University. 8.
