EMPLOYMENT: For the above programmes candidates must be employed on regular service basis in and around Hyderabad and who have an experience of atleast one (1) year by 30 th June, 2014 after acquiring the prescribed qualification are only eligible to apply. 8 INSTRUCTIONS 1. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the hall after the commencement of examination and not allowed to leave before the last 15 minutes of the Examination. 2. The Hall Ticket shall be produced at the time of examination, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the examination. 3. Use HB pencil/ball point pen (Blue or Black) only to darken the circles in the OMR Answer sheet. 4. THE HALL TICKET SHALL BE PRESERVED TILL THE TIME OF ADMISSION, without which the candidate is not eligible for admission. 5. No traveling expenses will be paid for journey undertaken for appearing the Entrance Examination / Admissions. 6. Adoption of any kind of unfair means at the time of examination or taking part in any act of impersonification will render the applicant liable for cancellation of his/her script and forfeiture of his / her claim for appearing the examination. Decision of the Chief Superintendent of the Examination Centre shall be final in all these matters. 7. Candidates securing equal marks in the Entrance Test will be bracketed for the purpose of award of ranking and at the time of admission, age will be taken into consideration, older candidate being given priority. The Entrance Test is of one hour duration and consists of objective type of questions. b) EMPLOYMENT : For the above programmes candidates must be employed on regular service basis in and around Hyderabad and have an experience of at least one (1) year by 30 th June, 2014 after acquiring the prescribed qualification are only eligible to apply. c) RESERVATIONS : Reservation of SC/ST/BC/PH categories will be as per rules. 33 1/3% of seats are reserved for women in all categories. d) Separate application must be submitted for each discipline. e) Candidates must fill in the course registered, specialization and serial number as given in the P.G. programme sheet. f) Minimum Number of candidates for starting a programme is 50% of sanctioned strength. g) THE FOLLOWING FEES ARE PAYABLE: i) Entrance Test and Registration fee of Rs.1000/- to be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft payable to The Registrar JNT University Hyderabad at Hyderabad, at the time of submitting the application. ii) Tuition fee is Rs.4,000/- per subject registered in a semester. h) APPLICATIONS SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE FOLLOWING : i) Bank Demand Draft for Rs. 1000/- (separate application for each course applied); ii) Attested copy of degree, date of birth, service and salary certificates; iii) Employment and NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employer in the prescribed proforma. iv) Integrated permanent Community Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC in the prescribed proforma; one from the Revenue Officer and another from the Head of the Institution last studied or from service records and Medical Certificate from District Medical Board for PH candidates. v) Three self addressed envelopes of 25x10 cms. Applications received after the due date and incomplete in any respect will be summarily rejected. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. j) Registration and Tuition fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. k) The University reserves the right to make alterations in the intake and rules for admission. l) Appearance at the Entrance Examination does not automatically entitle one for admission. m) If it is detected that a candidate has been admitted due to any mistake made inadvertently in the processing of applications and during the admission stage, the University reserves the right to cancel the seat at any stage. n) Admission will be closed within one month of the commencement of the first semester class work irrespective of the vacancies. o) If any dispute concerning admissions in the courses of JNTUH arises, the jurisdiction shall remain with the Courts in Hyderabad only and the High Court of Andhra Pradesh. p) The University will not be responsible for postal delay/loss in transit. q) Hall Tickets will not be posted to the candidates.
