3 The Challenge Field Data Collection 100% Subcontract tracking of approximately 47 contractors per project Track estimated actuals on a day to day basis All data capture is subcontractor, PO and scope centric Due to the amount of detail in the breakdown, needed ways to filter to in progress work All data entry is done by Tracking Code and use multiple other elements for reporting (examples: AFE, Discipline, Area)
