7 Bid Solicitation For Phase III Goal: Build multi-purpose facility on final 2 ½ acres. Received bids for project development from five architectural firms. Three companies were interviewed. Master Planning Committee chose INTEC based on key criteria.

8 Capital Campaign Report And God Gave The Increase as of February 22, 2013 Campaign Goal: $1,000,000 Number of Pledges: 284 Total Pledged: $ 711,639 Pledges Given: $ 644,374 Unpledged Given: $ 261,329 Pledged and unpledged giving: $905,703

9 Balcony/Lobby/Classroom Expansion Report Construction firm: Scott-Long Status: Currently on schedule Projected completion: End of February 2013 Grand Opening Celebration: March 9 th with N.O.W. Plan: Build new balcony to add 129 seats Expand size of foyer Add office space for staff Add modular units for adult classes Add sound/tech room

10 New Building Loan Approval Loan to be signed by end of the month. We were approved for 4.25% interest, which is.25% less than anticipated. We have access to up to $600,000. Goal: Borrow what we need. Pay off loan quickly.

14 Observations From Chart Growth rate will exceed capacity of property. Plan needed to accommodate growth. Staff, Elders & Master Planning Committee are working on the following possible plans: Isolate how program changes may positively impact space needs. Challenge more worshippers needed in 1 st and 4 th services. Plant video venue churches in target areas.

15 Health Prognosis: Great People moving from worship to membership. New people are bringing friends and family members. New young people and young couples attending. Non-believers attending. Consistent attendance in worship. Thriving Life Groups. Worship is worshipful.

16 Health Prognosis: Great Growing children s and youth ministries. Fellowship occurring spontaneously. Finances are excellent. Needy people seeking mentoring and counsel. Prayer venues are plentiful. People are following leadership. Unity is guarded carefully.

17 Health Prognosis: Work Grow and expand college ministry. Grow and expand singles ministry. Challenge more people to serve. Secure more gifted teachers for adults. Move people to membership quicker. Expand the size of the missions team. Fine tune balcony issues.

18 Hiring Update Fast-tracking hiring of Executive Pastor 100 resumes received. Pursuing top 3. Fast-tracking hiring of a Women s Director Sent questionnaires to top Women s Director candidates. Slow-tracking hiring of Missions & Outreach Pastor Will accelerate process after Executive Pastor hire.
