4 JIANGSU CULTURAL INDUSTRY OVERSEAS TALENT FAIR AND PROJECTS CONFERENCE 2016 Rome, 2016 Some of the most important enterprises from the Jiangsu Province will visit Europe recruiting new talents, seeking new collaborations and discussing projects in the cultural industry field. Coming from the fifth most populous and most densely populated Chinese Province, among the 22 existing in the country, 8 large corporate groups round up their European tour in Rome on the 11th March 2016 to take part in an international meeting. After being in France and Netherlands, the Chinese delegation continues in Italy its searching for new professional skills and energies. Jiangsu Overseas High-level Talent Fair - Cultural Industry Event will be an ideal chance for Italian business leaders to meet the Presidents/CEOs of some of the largest industrial institutions from the Jiangsu Province, one of China s most advanced provincial economies. Representatives of Chinese leading companies will meet Italian excellences in the cultural industry to make synergies and business opportunities arise. Interest in culture is intended all way round, considering every aspect of the wide range of skills and entrepreneurial realities that make Italy standing out in the world: from Design to Architecture, from Cinema to Radio & Tv production, including Marketing, Communication, Entertainment, Art, Music, and Theater. The purpose is investing in foreign talents, drawing them from the overseas cultural wealth to let Chinese enterprises open up to new prospects and interesting chances of growing. The event is scheduled for Friday, March 11, at the Grand Hotel Plaza in Rome, and it will be made up of two different parts: the morning session will be dedicated to a meeting among companies, in which Chinese enterprises will introduce themselves to the Italian ones that will be invited to join the event. The Chinese group is composed of Presidents / CEOs of the most important international firms of the country, mostly state-owned companies, willing to invest in new projects and interested in cooperating with Italy. Participants will have at their disposal meeting tables where companies operating in the same industrial field can confront each other and converse. In the afternoon the meeting room will be open to professionals: the Chinese companies will be available for individual interviews, collecting CVs of potential candidates. It will be a job fair with an international prospect, opening up to a wide range of new professional opportunities for the participants. Potential and resources of the Jiangsu Province companies, and their keen interest in investing in new talents, are the basis to establish real fruitful working relations between China and Italy.
