7 COATINGS FOR CONCRETE WALLS AND CEILINGS 3. FREITAG systems are specified for all concrete walls and ceilings, including the reactor containment area (PIC151). 8 COATINGS FOR FLOORS 4. REFERENCES FREITAG systems are specified for any floor on site, including the reactor containment area (PIC156 and PIC157). SIGMA COLTURA EP FLOORING SIGMA COLTURA EP is a self-levelling, solventfree epoxy coating. The third component in its composition allows COLTURA EP to be applied up to 3000 µm and adds excellent anti-skid properties. - Product can be decontaminated - Resistant to accidental losses of primary coolant - Excellent impact and abrasion resistance - Good chemical resistance - Easy to clean - Good colour retention for internal use - Ease of application with a Swedish knife - Available in all tintable colours - Low odour - Solvent-free (VS = 100 %) - Appearance: gloss - Can be applied in thick coats: up to 3000 µm - Touch dry: 14 hours - Product qualified by EDF nuclear PIA/PID/PIC* (final coat), PIA/PID/PIC156* and EIA/EID 156 (1mm), PIA/PID/PIC157* and EIA/EID 157 (3mm) - Product approved by AREVA/SGN-COGEMA/CEA *For all second- (REP) and third-generation (EPR) nuclear plant designs.
