2 Personal Use Program Miele appreciates the time, passion and resources you pour into all your work. Because of you and your design team, the Miele brand continues to be spotlighted in some of the most dynamic, efficient and purposeful kitchen designs cascading across many of America s magazines, television shows and webcasts. We appreciate your loyalty to our appliance products given their design, durability and performance and now would like to offer you something special. Our Architects and Designers Resource Group (A&DRG) invites you to enjoy Miele products in your own home by taking part in Miele s Personal Use Program, a service only available to licensed professionals in the field.

3 Application Process It s simple to apply. Just take a few moments to collect your documentation, then consult mieleusa.com to develop your initial Miele appliance wish list. Documentation required: 1. A request letter, on your professional letterhead with the following: l Interest in the Personal Use Program and time frame for purchase l A personal use statement that these appliances are not for resale l A list of your requested appliances (for product selection assistance, call the pre-sales department at ) l Dealer information, if working with a specific dealer. Not all dealers can offer specialty pricing 2. A copy of your current business and professional licenses, credentials and certifications. Once received, we will work directly with you to insure your satisfaction. Notification of your acceptance into the program will be via fax, or mail, depending on your preference. We will also provide you with a quotation for the appliances detailed within the request. For planning purposes, VIP program requests will be processed in approximately three days. We will then work directly with you to obtain the products in a convenient time frame that best meets your needs. Welcome to the program and thank you again for your partnership!

4 Continuing Education As a valued A&DRG member, Miele is pleased to exclusively invite you to our Lunch & Learn series throughout the year to earn industry standard NKBA CEU credits. A trained Miele professional will discuss with you and other members in your professional field about industry related topics to further enhance your knowledge of what is trending. Miele feels it s important to bring the design community together to learn and grow in the ever changing fields of design and appliances. Join us afterwards to experience a unique lunch prepared just for you in a variety of Miele appliances.
