7 Our Business Divisions Consumer Division Our Company was built on the strength of our core residential business offering priceprotected electricity and natural gas contracts to households in Canada and the U.S. through door-to-door sales. From the base, we have grown and evolved our product offerings, sales channels and customer mix. Commercial Division Commercial energy is anther fast-growing business segment. Our vast and established sales partner network and an industry-leading sales portal, provide an exceptional platform for growth within existing geographic markets, into newly deregulated U.S. markets, and overseas.

13 Service - Texas Quarterly face-to-face visits are set to begin, October 2014 Well versed account management team is focused primarily on the TEC member accounts Service team and Operations fall under same umbrella Gap analysis completed to determine service quality Resulted in joining Service and Operations as one team Elevated team interaction and engagement

18 Just Energy Foundation The Just Energy Foundation is committed to enhancing the livelihood of the communities in which we live, work and play. Through corporate giving, we strive to help charitable organizations secure the resources required to promote the health and well-being of communities in need throughout Canada and the United States. Governed by a Board of Directors, the Just Energy Foundation is a private, non-profit, charitable foundation established by the Just Energy Group Inc. in 2013 to receive contributions from Just Energy towards support for registered Canadian and U.S charitable organizations. The Foundation invests in community programs that meet the requirements as registered charitable organizations for U.S. and Canadian tax purposes. Funded entirely by Just Energy Group Inc., the Foundation seeks opportunities to support community-based initiatives that enhance the quality of life in Just Energy s operating markets towards building stronger and supportive communities.

19 Community Action Girls Inc. Energy Innovations Camp Brookhaven Laboratory Upton, NY Food Bank of the Southern Tier in New York Donated $ We re pleased to support the Food Bank of the Southern Tier in New York. About 4.8 million seniors struggle with hunger in the US. The approximate cost for one senior mobile food pantry is $500. Our donation will help provide about five senior mobile food pantry distributions. Houston Food Bank Just Energy also donated 600lbs of food in an internal food drive over the holidays. Just Energy employees also spent time volunteering that the Houston Food Bank warehouse. They helped pack and sort food for the community. We were amazed to see how they receive, process and distribute 64 million nutritious meals each year. Girls Write Now - Proud to partner with Girls Write Now in their mission to provide guidance, support, and opportunities for at-risk and underserved girls from New York City s public high schools to develop their creative, independent voices, explore careers in professional writing, and learn how to make healthy school, career and life choices. Top Honors - A volunteer-based non-profit organization established in 2002, Top Honors offers free math tutoring to middle school students in New York City. We are proud to support the good work of Top Honors in their mission to help young students improve their fundamental math and critical thinking abilities for a more successful and confident future.
