1 Saudi Kayan ing Department Date: SK- U&O PROCESS ENGINEER Qualification Required. : BS Degree In Chemical : 10 Years Minimum (Including 5 Yrs in Utilities and offsite) U&O Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience out of which 5 years in Utilities & Offsite He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. 1. SK-EO/EG PROCESS ENGINEER : 10 Years Minimum (Including 5Yrs in Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol) EO/EG Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum exper in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycol. He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance te runs. SK-PC PROCESS ENGINEER Polycarbonate or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)) PC Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Polycarbonate or Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET). He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. 3. SK PC(DPC) PROCESS ENGINEER Di-Phenyl Carbonate- DPC or Dimethyl Terephathalate-DMT) PC-DPC Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Di-Phenyl Carbonate (DPC) or Dimethyl Terephthalate (DMT). He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, precommissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. SK-PP PROCESS ENGINEER Polypropylene) and 5 Yrs in Technology (Spheripole) PP Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Polypropylene to assist,investigate during the plan decomposition Vacant and aware about the latest Best Practice for PP. He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should be excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. PP process engineer should have minimum 5 years experience in the same technology (Spheripole). 5. SK-LDPE PROCESS ENGINEER Lower Density Polyethylene) LDPE Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in petrochemicals out of which 5 years in Low Density Polyethylene to assist,investigate during the plan decom Position Vacant. and aware about the latest Best Practice for LDPE. He should be familiar with process control, optimization and simulation. He should be familiar with pr control, optimization and simulation. Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, tr shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and performance test runs. He should b excellent in oral & written English, report writing and good in using engineering soft-wares. 7. SK- PHENOLICS (Cumene & Phenol) PROCESS ENGINEER Phenolics (Cumene & Phenol) BS Degree in Chemical 10 Years Minimum (Including 5Yrs in Phenolics Facility comprising Cumene and Phenol Plant.) Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with minimum of 10 years of experience as in Petrochemicals environment preferably in Phenolics facility comprised of Cumene-Phenol- plants. He should be familiar with process control, Process and cost optimization and process simulation. Exposure to Advance Process Control (APC) and Controllers Performance Monitoring Systems (CPMS) is preferred.knowledge of international codes, standards and practices is a must. Prior experience in TQM/ISO environment is preferred. Should be a team player and able to cope up with multilingual and multinational working Page 4 of 7

Assist in preparing and reviewing process engineering packages for new projects as well as process /plant modifications and involve in detailed Engg. and execution, Process diagnosis and trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, shutdown and manage plant performance test runs. Exposure of interacting with licensors/vendors to resolve process problems and maintain contacts with local and international organization for problems encountered is preferred. Experience in FAT and SAT support and development of OTS. He should be excellent in oral & written English, Technical report writing, conduct studies and good in using soft-wares.. Should be able to cater to the process engineering demand from various customer departments including verification of Project documents before handing over of plant to operating departments. Should be able to Propose improvements and enhancements in the existing facilities. Should be able to extend full technical support and training for young Process Engineers recruited to the organization. Should have prior experience in safety reviews such as PHA-HAZOP study and development /review of Standard operating procedures (SOP).Exposure to plant information systems like PIMS and Simulation software like ASPEN /HYSIS is an added advantage. 8. SK-AMINES(ETHANOLAMINE) PROCESS ENGINEER BS Degree in Chemical Min. 10 years experience in chemical or Petrochemical Industry out of which 5 years is desirable to be in Ethanolamine plant or similar industry. Amines (Ethanolamine) Candidate shall have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in chemicals or Petrochemicals Industry out of which desirable to have about 5 years experience in Ethanolamine or similar industry. He shall be familiar with material & heat balance, process control, Process optimization and simulation. He shall be capable of preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up, shut down and performance test runs. SK-AMINES(ETHOXYLATES)-PROCESS ENGINEER BS Degree in Chemical Min. 10 years experience in chemical or Petrochemical Industry out of which 5 years is desirable to be in Ethoxylates plant or related industry. Amines (Ethoxylates) Candidate shall have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with 10 years minimum experience in chemicals or Petrochemicals Industry out of which desirable to have about 5 years experience in Ethoxylates or similar Batch Process industry. He shall be familiar with material & heat balance, process control, Process optimization, Batch Management system and simulation. He shall be capable of preparing and reviewing process engineering packages, trouble shooting, precommissioning, commissioning, start up, shut down and performance test runs. He shall be excellent in oral & written communication in English, report writing. Knowledge of engineering software is desirable. 10. SK-PHENOLICS (BPA) PROCESS ENGINEER BS Degree in Chemical 10 Years Minimum (Including 5Yrs in Phenolics Facility comprising BPA Plant.) Phenolics (BPA) Candidate should have a minimum B.S. degree in Chemical with minimum of 10 years of experience as in Petrochemicals environment preferably in Phenolics facility comprised of BPA plants.
