My professional background is in leading large- scale IT change management projects. I have a special interest in organisational behaviour and the socio- technical aspects of applying Health Informatics solutions; building Health Informatics educational solutions, and in IT organisational strategy and planning. I have interest in defining educational Health Informatics curriculums on BS, MS and PhD levels as well as developing training programs for healthcare professionals. My ambition is to be a positive role model for women, wives, and mothers who choose Leadership, Health Informatics or IT as their careers while leading prosperous lives. Vocational Skills I am ambitious, motivated and driven towards my goals, being methodical and structured in my work, I can multi- task and manage several projects simultaneously. I am fluent in English and Arabic and speak both languages with the proficiency of a native speaker. I have good interpersonal skills, and I am fortunate to have experienced many cultures and had the opportunity to work with people of various nationalities and societies.
