6 THE PERFECT VOYAGE STARTS AT HOME Provisioning your vessel for a voyage of any length requires extensive coordination of deliveries from numerous suppliers. SeaVault addresses this need by including approximately 350 square feet of cold storage with every deeded berth. 10 In all, roughly 6,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor space is yours to use however you wish. SEAVAULT QUARTERS For your comfort, convenience and security, each of SeaVault s 14 slips is deeded with an adjacent multistory structure for use as a private residence, crew quarters, personal office, entertainment or leisure space, or nearly anything else you can think of. These spacious facilities can be custom finished to accommodate your own needs, bringing ashore the pleasures and luxuries of your life onboard. On four levels, all overlooking your private berth, your SeaVault quarters incorporates a wealth of custom features, such as a large, flow-through garage for convenient loading, unloading and storage of personal vehicles and everything else you may need aboard or ashore. Chany was introduced to the yachting arena working at his father s Hatteras dealership in He then, with his father, developed and sold a customized line of Broward yachts in the 90 s. Shortly thereafter Chany put his yachting knowledge to use and purchased his first motoryacht, a Hatteras in need of a complete refit. After a number of years involved with NASCAR, Chany started his own company, Invencom, developing marine-industry products for the Department of Defense and the Navy. Having achieved his personal business goals and armed with an ever-expanding clientele, Chany returned to the yachting industry, joining the IYC by Trinity Yacht sales team. The companies work extensively on major private and public construction projects. In 2003, Mr. Meruelo co-founded Commercial Bank of California, serves on its Board, and is its majority shareholder. As of December 2014, Mr. Meruelo is also the majority shareholder of NCAL Bancorp, the parent company of National Bank of California. In 2011, Mr. Meruelo diversified into the gaming and hospitality industry with the acquisition of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino located in Reno, Nevada. The resort features luxury accommodations, gaming, fine dining, quality entertainment and activities, and large convention facilities
