When using this referencing style, you do not need to include the issue number unless every issue of the journal begins with page 1, then you need to include which issue. 4 Report When referencing a report from a library database, do not include the URL. Include the name of the database, followed by the date you viewed it. Make sure to distinguish between the name of the database and the publisher of the information. In the Company report example below, the report is from the database Mint Global, but the publisher is actually called Bureau van Dijk.
